    Thank you so much Sir for the very grate informative tutorial Sir one question 🙋 in the last seconds you explain about the output 330VDC when it's swing by H-briedg it's convert 220 you said that 0.707 is RMS can you explain in your next tutorial
    It means in the high frequency inverters output actually 330VDC or higher the output voltage. Chop by H-BRIEDG right ?

    Can we convert 12 v inverter to 24 v ?
    I have similar one but with only two tl 494. No MCU in it .
    Can i just replace MOSFET at dc boost sections with highr voltage ratings and instead of 16v capacitors use 35v same capacity capacitors?

      i have also doubt. but we have to check the frequency at driver stage
      each transformer have to transfer 1200 watt
      as the manufacturer claims that it is 3000VA

      That means that one side of the acid bridge of the output MOSFET is not working either the MOSFET is damaged or the transformers windings are damaged

    Sir pere pass ek 12v 5a, ka Power supply hai . Jo on karne pe (12v)thik rahta hai , phir load dene par ,, o,3,6,8,2,9,2,9,2,0,1, voltage fluctuations karta hai, phir load hatate hi thik 12v ho jata hai . Sab kuch kar ke dekh liya but nhi ho raha.. plx help me........ 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
    Ye problem overload ki wajah se aaya tha.

      in your condition i think the problem is VCC voltage, when you add load, the vcc voltage are causing to move the PWM controller in over oad protection condition. try to add some resistance in series of rectifier diode of aux voltage
      i hope it will solve your issue

    سرجی ان پٹ ایف ایی ٹی تو عام کنواٹر میں چار ہوتے ہے اور ائ سی بھی tl 494 ہوتے ہےکیا عام کنواٹر میں ہم اگر چار کے بجاۓ 8 ایف ایی ٹی لگا ہے اور tl494 ائ سی اور PNP ,ٹنزسٹر 8ایف ای ٹی سپوٹ کر سکتے ہے یا tl494 میں کچھ تبدیلی کرنی پڑے گی مہر بانی کر کہ وضاحت کرے

      hum same TL494 k saath transistor k saath mosfet ko parallel me lagaa saktey hein. zayaada current keliey mosfet ko aik se zayaada lagaa saktey hein
      kisi changing ki zaroorat nahi hoti
