oooh I love the Third Ward where you were walking around in Milwaukee! I've spent some great days there. if you have time next time you're in the area, the art museum is pretty incredible. it's a gorgeous structure located on Lake Michigan and there's a great little state park right next to it too (and a couple other parks on the other side)!

You probably stay at the same hotel my (now former) airline stays at. I know that food court! I was in Milwaukee for my birthday, and I was looking for places to eat. I ended up trying a different place, but that food court looked cool.

Having grown up in Wisconsin, I can tell you parts of Milwaukee are pretty sketchy. I was honestly nervous to hear you were going out walking by yourself! Glad you had a safe experience.

Do You speak a second language? You could become a Speaker and get out of all this domestic flying. Being a Speaker I got off of Reserve in 5 months and held a Line, and never had to fly a domestic line again.
I do not speak a second language. I wish I did for more flexibility, but I truly enjoy domestic flying too! I don't mind it at all. That is awesome for you! I'm so happy to hear that you have had a line for so long 😄

You have to get to your base on your own! Once you start a trip, the airline handles transportation on layovers.
