The greatest set ive ever seen and probably will see. The lights, the lasers, the atmosphere and the music together were incredible. Watching this gives me insane goosebumps
How times have changed from back in the early days of dance to now just standing there with a phone and cheering 🤣 don't think it will ever be the same again 🤔
I really want to go to creamfeilds again BUT and a very big but I was clubbing from 1997 till about 2010 and it was all about the music and the atmosphere, now it’s just who can get the best video or photos, it’s changed so much and kids of today will never know what lt was like, and in the early 2000’s festivities like Creamfields global gathering homelands gatecrasher they we’re all one day events witch in my eyes is a lot better festivals don’t look the same to me anymore just not the same vibe and look empty in the day 🤷🏻♂️
I've done my first festival in late 90's - Loveparede in Berlin, and you are right it was all about the music, completely different. For me filming is kind of 'take a break', I can't dance the whole night like in the old days. When I do my screen is always tinted to maximum, no flash ligt. But times are changing and people too. From disco balls in the 80's to holograms and lasers, no vinyl and turntable now, instead of dancing you can go to barber or eat your favourite steak from Argentina at some festivals :) We can't get rid of mobile phones. If people enjoing it they wants to capture the best moments, their favourite DJ or song and then shere it on social media or YT. It is what it is now...
There's still quite a few of us who don't stand there with phones all night and just take in the Masterful Audio & Visual performance by Eric "Modern Beethoven" Prydz. I mean why would I? So many others are recording anyway :D
wow too busy videoing to dance and they can watch a perfect video on you tube days after get in the groove and feel the beat , and let the music take you .............

@@andyhall3122 Benefit now is you can film some of your experience. Wish I could have done the same when I first started clubbing 25 years ago.

Put your fucking phones away and enjoy the moment through YOUR OWN EYES ffs!
