Based on the patterns for the release of cards in this set, they seems to use the main series game team for each trainers. We have good Iono's Bellibolt and Kilowattrel, we don't have a good partner for it, let alone a basic Pokemon to make use of the energy being dumped. Unfornately, Iono doesn't have Basic Pokemon in her post-game team. The only options we got as its partner are: - Stage 1 Electrode - Stage 2 Luxray - Stage 1 Electivire - Stage 1 Mismagius Yeah, good luck with that!
You can play kilowattrel ex promo as an attacker, it scales off of energy attached for big dmg and you can just spam the energy on the baby iono’s wattrel before evolving
She does have a Flutter Mane though (Pokémon Masters). If it attacks for colourless, we've got ourselves an attacker. Make it Stellar with Psychic, Electric and another type (just Sparkling Crystal it) and we could have ourselves a strong attacker that we can get online by turn 2
Yeah I'm pretty sure it's just Sprint Zebstrika for draw engines? Maybe an Electrode but I don't play with that one. Dynamotor could get the energy on each turn and if you're playing Flaafy and Eelektrik that gives you 1 more and turn attach.

I've played the bellibolt ex with the new magneton. It works. I can at least get off 1-2 atks and paralyze the active .

Unlikely. Miraidon can function as its own. Although it loses Raikou, but it's small sh*t for the deck to deal with. They have Iron Hands.
Did you even read the cards? Bellibolt only accelerates to ionos pokemon
