Want to say a BIG THANK YOU! I bought five guitars from this guitar haul. Guitars were shipped to me. All were packed very well. No issues, no damage. I'm very happy with the experience in my purchase. I will recommend this guitar business to everyone. Dane and his son are awesome. Again THANK YOU. "How many guitars do you need? Just ONE MORE!"
Wow! This is a great time for guitar players. So much quality and variety at affordable prices. When I was starting out none of this was available. You jumped from Japanese and US budget guitars that sometimes were unplayable. Fender Strats were what you aspired to and they started at $800 which back then was a lot of money.
I bought a few Strikers from MusicYo. I don't ever remember seeing a single humbucker version though. Just HSH and HSS. I still have the "Splatter" paint one and wish I kept the black and white "Crackle". I still have the Baretta with a sustainer though.
Yep, I had one, they were like $140 new. They came with razor sharp fret ends and the pickups were really muddy, but they weren't a bad guitar after you got them tuned in.
That kramer It's pretty easy to identify the age based on the logo on the neck plate. It looks like a Striker from the Gibson musicyo days. They were quite notorious for having necks that would not stay straight.
I LOVE the Cort G-200's 🙂 especially the older ones because they came factory-equipped with 2-point floating tremolos as opposed to the cheaper vintage trems they use nowadays... The "swirl" finish you mentioned is called "Mystic Ice Crazer" and yes, I also have one of those...
Zimm this person was smart. By not leaving them all tuned up in storage. THIER all nice and clean. As with any guitar there is always room for improvement.
Dane, the Yamaha is passive. The 9v is used to light up the volume pot & 3 way pickup selector switch (no tone control). 4 conductor (wired 2 way) pickups. The tuners are great (once you have strung the guitar). Fast neck, a (almost) balsa wood body that requires much care & attention when drilling.
That blue Fender's Kahler is a Spyder model. I had no less than two guitars with that vibrato on them. Darn things might have held tune better if I had known not to mix up the locking nut pads.
I have a few comments in this video because it’s pretty interesting! Hondo ceased production in 1989. That red Hondo Formula 1 series guitar is a lot older than 20 years!
I have what is probably a late 70s/early 80s Hondo Flying V that needs some love. The pickup is broken just like on the Hondo shown here. It doesn't have the Gibson-style headstock, but it's a cool oldie. Great video!
When the guitar store my cousin worked closed the owner let him have all the surplus inventory. Including like 100 guitars. He also gave me a Flying V. Still have it to this day. In California it’s already ridiculous hot 😅
Awesome truckload video, Dane! Nice Guitars😍 Like: Wow! What a find! I'm almost envious😛 The Short scale Squire - my favourate because quality short scale are rare. I also really liked the Danelectro. The white Fender Tele, (with 2 HBs) that chip is well worth fixing, especially as where it is there's now way it effects sound quality and playability, and it's the only apparent damage there is. You now have some more high class stock to put up for sale. I'd love to visit your shop, but it'd be a ***k of a long trip from the UK.
Vintage isn't teamed up with, it's actually Trev's company - so all the hardware/electronics is Wilkinson. Makes some great tribute guitars - there are jaco, geddy, and greeny models that I've had my eye on for a few years.
When you're saying "neck thru", it's a glued tenon neck. Neck thru is when the neck is one piece through the entire length of the guitar. And of course there's bolt-on necks.
The PRS SE looks great. You got a really nice haul of affordable guitar's. I have a collection of 18 guitars now and most of them are Epiphones which I have grown to love. I just got the new SG Custom ISB line in white. I am looking to unload my collection to pay for some of my Medical bills I'm a cancer patient who hasn't got much time left but owe my shirt to Dr.'s. I'm keeping the new SG and selling the rest except for my PRS A50E. I have a Sheraton 2 Pro 2016 wine red, a Epi. Les Paul Custom Pro in Black and gold hardware, a LP standard in Honey burst quilt top, a 59' LP ISB Dark burst, and a Cream color LP custom IBG with open coils with gold trim. A Epi SG custom IBG line Black, a Gibson SG standard in pelham blue it's an LE and a Inverness Green SG classic P-90 Soap bar's and a white SG G-400 pro . A Shechter Diamond series Ebony with the vine inlay on the neck and a Olive Green American Pro Strat. All have hard cases and all are in brand new condition, have never left the house. All have locking tuners included and all the case candy all of them came with. I have a few more that I didn't list but are in the same condition. I hate the idea of selling the collection I've worked and suffered to pay for but none of them except the Gibson and the Fender Strat will bring any kind of price that I need to get these Dr.'s off my back. I was in a band as a teenager and planned on going back to it but then cancer came into my life and blew my plans. These guitars have all been taken care of with love and are all in perfect condition.
Hey Dane, I'm looking for some chrome Gibson USA Tony Iommi signature pups. Any chance of letting me know if you come across some? And cool finds as always 🤘
Cool . I bought a bunch of stuff from Sticks and Strings in Tucson, my son actually took lessons from Ray there. 25 yrs ago,. Thx for brining back good mems!
The Hondo Formula 1 Series is an H-762 made in Incheon, South Korea by Samick in the summer of 1984. The finish is a highly-resistant polyurethane. The MSRP 40 years ago was $299 and the price as of 2024 is between $400 and $600 because it's a collectible piece. What a gem, Dane!
That Hondo is a copy of the Ibanez RS1000 aka the Gary Moore model. I actually own one of those. I'm interested in a couple of those guitars. I'll be hitting you up from the website. Awesome guitar haul! 🤘🤘
That Schecter Stargazer is cool as hell and I'm all for the big volute. Ive got 5 Schecters and i love that about their necks. I only recently found out about the Stargazer, its got the same body shape as my 006 but styled like an old Ric. The Tempests are pretty sweet too. I feel those are a little more common though.
I looked on your website and didn't see it listed yet. What do you think you will be selling that black Yamaha rgx a2? I bought the white one when they originally came out, and always wanted a second one. Love how light weight they are.
The way I tell strings are no good need to be replaced is you always check the d string for dents. Above the Fret it's the first string to show signs of wear even if they look good and depends on how much you play obviously. Yes check the d string for dents above the Fret
I would love to get that purple Kramer off you!! Hard to tell exactly the year without looking at it better, ie. The headstock, back plate , tremolo mount. I'm seriously interested, get back to me if it's available!
The RGXA2 does not have active pickups. The battery is for the pickup selector, it has a green and blue LED to show you what configuration you have it in. The battery is for the LED. Please get your info correct before spouting off info that is incorrect.
i have a cort G254 it came with a wilkinson trem i put sperzel tuners on it. it came stock with mighty mite pickups its a fun guitar to play and stays in tune really well also a great feed back guitar ✌️
Hi Dan, now about the Kramer. Hmmm.... i think that the body reminds me of a Kramer Focus. And the neck is more Striker-isch than the Baretta model. 😊😊
The black Schecter Tempest will have an Ultra Access neck joint -- set through to the rest of us. You can't really tell with that black paint job, though.
Nice reminds me of my very eclectic collection. I buy 90% of my guitars preowned and find the best deals. Some cool guitars, was hoping to see a Variax modeling guitar in that case! I would like to find one for a reasonable price. I have tried a few and they are cool guitars and IMO underrated.

Or 5 more!

Still is for me.
@@Tyson-u3m😂 absolutely
Yes. Bring back the Saturday setup videos.
That Kramer looks like a Striker FR400S in Metallic Purple. From the MusicYo days.
thats what I saw too. Youre right
Came here to say that. The dual and quad rail hambucker says musicyo fo sho. I'm actually interested in that guitar.
I bought a few Strikers from MusicYo. I don't ever remember seeing a single humbucker version though. Just HSH and HSS. I still have the "Splatter" paint one and wish I kept the black and white "Crackle". I still have the Baretta with a sustainer though.

Got the same guitar for Christmas 84.
But 89 was 20 years ago..............apparently my nap was a little longer than expected.
I worked for PRS up til 2015 or so. The brown bag PRS SE are the newer ones made starting around 2016. The Maroon Bag SE is a tad older.
Killer! My God I'd freak out over an amazing haul like that! I dig the Fender Super Strat, the White Schecter double-cut, and the Purple Kramer a lot.
what an amazing collection of guitars,,never seen a kramer with a single slanted quad rail in it..its a music yo era.
The Kramer, I believe is a Striker FR400s/d from 1999. Not 100% sure but pretty sure.
New here. I am truly blown away .loving them shecters.
When the guitar store my cousin worked closed the owner let him have all the surplus inventory. Including like 100 guitars. He also gave me a Flying V. Still have it to this day.
In California it’s already ridiculous hot 😅
those guitars look dope.....Wonder how they sound... Too bad I don't live in the area..
Awesome truckload video, Dane! Nice Guitars😍 Like: Wow! What a find! I'm almost envious😛

Long gone are the days of finding cool guitars, it’s all squires, schecters, Kramers, and price point epiphones.
Vintage isn't teamed up with, it's actually Trev's company - so all the hardware/electronics is Wilkinson.
Makes some great tribute guitars - there are jaco, geddy, and greeny models that I've had my eye on for a few years.
Like most Dane, I’ve watched more than once 🍿 and I appreciate anything Schecter and that Purple Kramer at 2:47 was kill’ 😍

The Schecter guitars are set neck not neck through. Love the channel.
Great grab Dane!! I like the Yamaha, the Kramer and that black schechter. Sweet
Hey Dane, I'm looking for some chrome Gibson USA Tony Iommi signature pups. Any chance of letting me know if you come across some? And cool finds as always 🤘
Looking forward to seeing the set up videos on these guitars.
Lol you check the gig bags for weed stashes
Some really cool instruments in this haul.
The Rickenbaker-looking guitar was punk-rock … how much do you think it’ll go for after a good set-up?
Well, I guess you’re gonna make me take a drive from Texas to go to Arizona I’m gonna give you a call so I’ll be coming
For what it's worth, that Hondo roadstar 2 copy was my first electric made in 83-84.
This video seriously made my morning and set the tone for the rest of my day.
Nice collection!! Alright, wich ones are for sale, and how do I go about buying, schector, prs........
I LOVE my Yamaha A2! Have it in white. Don't know why they quit selling them. What do you think you would sell the black one for?
Cool . I bought a bunch of stuff from Sticks and Strings in Tucson, my son actually took lessons from Ray there. 25 yrs ago,. Thx for brining back good mems!
Nice video where did you buy those lot of guitars, online sold arrival?
That Hondo is much older then 20 years old, it's early 1980's and a knock off of the Ibanez Roadstar.
definitely make some videos cleaning them up.
The Hondo Formula 1 Series is an H-762 made in Incheon, South Korea by Samick in the summer of 1984. The finish is a highly-resistant polyurethane.

Hondo made a few nice Roadstar copies, that's for sure.
Samick is always quality; they don't make junk.

I believe they're are just set necks instead of neck through.

I only recently found out about the Stargazer, its got the same body shape as my 006 but styled like an old Ric. The Tempests are pretty sweet too. I feel those are a little more common though.
Pretty nice haul Zimm. I never been a fan of PRS but that white soapbar II was noice. Liked the black Squire tele as well. All pretty decent stuff.👍
Wow, nice stuff! You lucked out...Epiphones nice, so's the Kramer.
Wow, great haul you got there. Some not really my thing but i enjoyed seeing them all.
Thank you so much 😊
Schecter make heads like that for stability. If it falls, it will support more...what I was told but for some it gets in tge way.
Do you Have any LEFT HANDED GUITARS ????? with a Floyd Rose thanks Bro ....
I looked on your website and didn't see it listed yet. What do you think you will be selling that black Yamaha rgx a2? I bought the white one when they originally came out, and always wanted a second one. Love how light weight they are.
call the store 480 242-3742
Man, that Yamaha and that purple Kramer are dream guitars... Great video! Hope those end up in good hands. Ship to Canada? 😅
The way I tell strings are no good need to be replaced is you always check the d string for dents. Above the Fret it's the first string to show signs of wear even if they look good and depends on how much you play obviously. Yes check the d string for dents above the Fret
Hi Dane. I think the purple Kramer is either a proaxe or a stagemaster.
I want the purple Kramer
Great score Zimm Man!!
Those prs guitars were in mint condition,I loved that schecter w the floyd rose, third to last one I think, good score dane
How do you get all the stuff??!!
“Way to many guitars” what does that mean?
Mi no conprendo haha
I would love to get that purple Kramer off you!! Hard to tell exactly the year without looking at it better, ie. The headstock, back plate , tremolo mount. I'm seriously interested, get back to me if it's available!
That Hondo looks identical to 1984 Ibanez RS1000
Nice haul, Dane! 😎👊 🎸
The RGXA2 does not have active pickups. The battery is for the pickup selector, it has a green and blue LED to show you what configuration you have it in. The battery is for the LED. Please get your info correct before spouting off info that is incorrect.
Not lying when you said “a truck load” , great vid 👍
Where do you sell all of these? Online? Brick and mortar can’t be doing great right now? 🤔
Interesting thing about those Schechter headstocks that’s on that Tempest. Push it up against a Gibson open book headstock and end and you’ll see.
Nice haul man, 🤘
What are you planning to ask for the triple pickup Vintage sg?
400
Great score! Just an FYI the Schecters are set necks not neck thru. 😊
i have a cort G254 it came with a wilkinson trem i put sperzel tuners on it. it came stock with mighty mite pickups its a fun guitar to play and stays in tune really well also a great feed back guitar ✌️
Nice collection. Good job 👍
Hi Dan, now about the Kramer. Hmmm.... i think that the body reminds me of a Kramer Focus. And the neck is more Striker-isch than the Baretta model. 😊😊
Dang! All I got was a truckload of demo’d cabinets and scrap metal…
WOWWWW! What a nice catch!
great group of affordable guitars. most look real nice too
Oh you chucked his pulling shirt - I thought it was normal to detune half a step when storing?
I was hoping for the line 6 eventually. I dig them all , it would definitely be going for the super strat, Yamaha and the 3 pickup sg style .
You should check them for a twisted necks and tune them all up if they're not twisted
What do you want for the white fender telecaster with the chip
Hondo has the same body as the 1983-84 Ibanez Roadstar RS1000/1300. Probably from same factory so it could be 40 years old.
Very eclectic collection there. Some really nice pieces.
The Kramer was the one I liked. Wouldn't mind owning that.
I could use a truck load of guitars to work on....😮 like the purple Kramer.. Great video.
That little chip in the Squier Deluxe can be fixed EASILY with CA glue and glueboost.
Nice collection Dane.
Love that Kramer
Any Carvin guitars in there????🎸🎸🎸 The Hondo reminds of a Ibanez Roadstar guitar from the 80's nice guitar
People are holding onto Carvins since they don't make them anymore. Of course people on Ebay think they are worth 3 or 4 times more now.
Dang Dane...........You've got some good guitars in that haul. The PRS Soapbar II isn't a very common sight.
The Kramer and the Junior would be my prospective adoptees, but they all looked like good inventory items Dane 🍻
The Hondo looks like it could be a fun hot rodding platform.
Nice haul!!
That Epi Jr. may be an MIK Cort
That Dano was sweet
The Peavey is likely USA
I think the Kramer at 3 min is an old music-yo model. I had one just like it but hss.
The black Schecter Tempest will have an Ultra Access neck joint -- set through to the rest of us. You can't really tell with that black paint job, though.
Nice, we have also had a preview of videos soon 😁
That’s super cool Dane. Great hall 👍🏼
Thanks 👍
If you still have the case why you not stick the bar in the case?
The case is the nicest thing about number 1 unless some one has a very young person that is learning needs their first Electric
🤟😁👍Whammy bars have a tendency to grow legs at night and walk away.🤣🤣
Paint on G200 Cort is referred to as "marble" or "marbling"
Have you got a list with prices?
I miss the garbage to glitter series brother. Have a good one
Have you sold the PRS Santana yet?
Nice reminds me of my very eclectic collection. I buy 90% of my guitars preowned and find the best deals. Some cool guitars, was hoping to see a Variax modeling guitar in that case! I would like to find one for a reasonable price. I have tried a few and they are cool guitars and IMO underrated.
Very cool!
