Brian...great video as always. A couple things you didn't mention about the crop overlays in tips 5. You can use the selector in the Edit panel to select them and you can also use the "O" key to cycle through all of the overlays. Also, you can use SHIFT+FN+"O" (on Mac) to rotate the overlay. Most obvious when using the Triangle and Golden Spiral overlays.
Okay, great video. 4 out of 5 I was really unaware of. Number 1 and number 3 led the way and will make my life easier from now on. Thank you! Just tried Ctrl+click but it does the same as click on windows Lightroom Desktop(?)
Thanks to your previous tutorials, I switched to Lightroom Desktop. After a month or more with Lightroom Desktop, I am not going back to Lightroom Classic. I do not miss having to backup the catalog or worry about the size or integrity of the catalog file. Thanks Brian!!!
Great tips Brian, since I switched from LrC to Lr I've missed a few settings that I had in LrC, you showed me where a couple of them live that I didn't know about, thanks!
Just as I was wondering how to get single panel mode in CC you make a video about it 2 days later. Thank you again for your help. Another video saved in the Matiash folder.
As far as I can tell, you can sort of engage the tighter grid view by doing a two-finger tap in the Crop mode. But other than that, I don't see the other overlays in LR Mobile.

Thanks for the tips. Now if we could change the background color in the grid view as well, I’d be a happy camper!

Very useful video, Brian! Thanks for doing this.
My pleasure, Andy!

Great tips! I had no idea about the background colour!
Right?! I had the same thought about the crop overlays when I first saw them... and they are right there in the panel!

Woohoo! I have my own folder!
Another fantastic LR video, worthwhile tips, thank you.
Thanks so much for watching, Alan!
I love that crop overlay thing. That’s not available on mobile (iPad)… is it?
