I have learned the majority of my tuning from you and Daniel Kunkel and my CTSV2 and Gen2 Escalade (both cammed) are ripping! Even managed to make some $$$ tuning for customers. Please keep up the Gen5 content!
Man I thought I was the only one that always gets the cars with dead o2 sensors and a ton of codes, I’m surprised to see it honestly on a newer nicer car like a c7 Great video as always
I have a 2005 Yukon going to pull engine out and re gasket everything, throwing 224 cam with all the goodies and maybe ported 706s with stainless valves. Corsa muffler with headers. What do I need to do to make sure it can idle enough to make it it to tune shop. I’m in Texas I really wish you would come out here just to tune my truck. I love how you know what you are doing and even show what you’re doing.
What's the reasoning behind extrapolate only on the torque tables and not calculating as well? I see others saying you have to click both when making torque table changes
Do you have any recommendations as far as a computer goes to use for tuning? Just looking to tune a gen3 truck. Or better yet, what minimum requirements are needed
You should not need 2 separate tunes it should go low enough in temperature in the tune you might have to play with it to get it to start how you want at that low temp but it should be 1 tune
That's another pay for a tune place. I want to tune this truck myself. And as far as I know. If you purchase a tune they are right only. Meaning you can not view and modify what you have purchased. This also locks the ecu from any other modifications even dealer software. I never lock any of my tunes. If you want it you can have it. There is plenty of work out there
I really don't want to buy a tuning school book. Just looking for solid source for what tables need to be changed on a stock truck. Just been going threw hpt forums

Happy Thanksgiving! Thank you for all you do.
Welcome back sir!
Thanks for the content.
You can tell OBS studio to use your graphics card for the screen capture and that will free up CPU for Hp tuners.

How much do you charge to go a virtual tune ?
Would you recommend an lt1 for an airplane? Asking for a friend
Up here in alaska do i need a tune just for -12 degrees outside temperature and another tune for when is 50 degrees outside temperature in summer?
You never want to run an engine in the - timing zone. This causes glowing exhaust manifolds.
@@pcmfrenzy1089 I mean the temperature outside right now is -12° our average temperature outside in the summer is 50°

Any recommendations on a good source for ford ecoboost 2.7l with 10 speed? I got one im playing with now.
MPT or Lund, in person if possible.
Yea I already know about them. I mean more like how matt is teaching us. But for ford.
Zfg racing hands down for ecoboost stuff.
