Long Beach Rooted! Leadership Program

Long Beach Rooted! is a training and mentorship program that supports community organizing among communities historically marginalized from the political process. Long Beach Rooted! Is designed for Long Beach community members who want to learn the principles of community organizing and how they can advance social change regardless of the issue or solution. The cohort style program includes 5 days of in-person workshops, community building, and discussions in addition to paired mentorship with community organizers in Long Beach.
