- First off, if you're behind on child support for 90 days or more, the equivalent of an amount owed in arrearage of 90 days of more of support, then the state of Oklahoma through DHS Child Support Services, or the person that you're paying child support to or owed child support to can make the request that your driver's license be suspended.

Because it is. Criminals in jail are taken care of, food, shelter, health, etc . Why wouldn't you commit taking care of the kids you brought in this world? Your kids deserve better than people imprisoned, don't you think?
Basically this guy just told you everything that a child support case worker will tell you over the phone come hire me so that I can get paid to do absolutely nothing for you is all I’m hearing lol
Have you tried to get a hold of a DHS child support caseworker over the phone? Watching our videos is easier.

@@WirthLawOffice does not the very act of picking up your phone, dialing it, and speaking with a DHS agent according to them in that moment make you agree to a contract even when none is owed. They are coming after me and there is Zero owed and my son lives with me.

@winning3329 That's not always gonna work if you live in a middle of nowhere like pennsylvani Yesa, there's no buses. And uber is hard to get in there very pricey where have your paycheck goes. The only way is move out of the country and don't pay

That bullshit .if i get pulled over i go to jail for driving on a suspended liscence which is a law .but i have commited no moving or non moving violations .so how can they leagally take my lisence away .its againt the constitution.

I watched a news episode where a woman riding a bicycle to work was hit by a car because her license was revoked over child support. The government has turned against the people.
Parents that don't take care of their kids have turned against their kids. If you eat and wear clothes, you should make sure your kids do too.

I owe child support and my license has already been revoked, I need my license to get to work to keep up on payments and pay back what I owe. Hopefully I can make a payment plan and they can reinstate my license
The courts have not found child support to be unconstitutional. Child support and drivers licenses are related in that Oklahoma has passed laws for suspending State licenses (including drivers licenses) for non-payment of court ordered child support.

It's a federal program not state. So it applies to all 50 states. Title IVD is contractual and when did a man sign a contract that obligated him to pay a public debt.

Kavadas v. DMV is a New Jersey case that decided the New Jersey's laws did not afford non-custodial parents sufficient due process under New Jersey State Constitution before suspending a drivers license for failure to pay child support. The case does not apply to Oklahoma. However, it does make an interesting point in talking about court appointed counsel.

Please, this system is filled with vultures...you don't have to pay them ANYTHING because it's nothing but a contract and you can win in court by challenging jurisdiction and asking them to furnish the contract you DID NOT sign for their services, why? Because they NEED your signature to trap you in the contract

File your passport as a non-citizen national even if you have back child support your information is updated that you are not a citizen and never were a US citizen but you are a non-citizen national and one of the Republic there's lots of videos online that show you the process

...I've done research, went into these fake courts (yes, they're fake because they don't allow reporters in there to expose their corruption, that should tell you something) to see how they operate and the constitutional violations will make your head spin! You need to research title 4D of the social security act aka child support and let me know where I went wrong, but chances are you won't so I won't hold my breath

Why should taxpayers foot the bill for your mistakes?
Remember, child support is debt if you agree upon. Therefore, they can’t revoke your license because you can’t pay the debt. Read your constitution and the your state statute and 42 usc.

I owe 24k on a child who was born because her mom literally took the condom out of trash and inserted it in her vagina! I reported it and judge didn't do anything's and just said, i have to pay child suppor and manipulated and threatened me to sign the 3rd party civil child support voluntarily contract, ! I lost my freedom as an American by the constitution!. i never saw because her mom, grandma and two uncles moved all the time all over the states Kansas, Missouri and Arkansas just to make sure i get screwed in life. her excuses of moving are, "i was raped, people are after me, people are after us, we lost out home, we lost our jobs etc etc etc etc non stop excuses. I had a good career, and own place 2 bedroom one br for my daughter. They knew i was about to get custody so they take off! Yet, I still have to pay ?? why? i filed attempt of courts and surprise surprise they don't show up and get away with it. No warrants issued etc.
I never had a passport, i can't get a fishing, hunting , drivers license, no tax refunds, no car, house, bank account nothing! they also took my stimulus checks too! THE IRS SAID, IF YOU DON'T GET A CHECK IN MAIL PUT IT ON YOUR TAX REFUND AS A REBATE.. GUESS WHAT? DIDN'T GET IT! CHILD SUPPORT TOOK IT SIGH why??? all because the child support is corrupted ! They don't care about the best interest of the child and it's all about the money.
