Hey beautiful angels! Welcome back to another builddd!~ Here is a simple home I made that can be used for roleplays! I tried to keep this kind of affordable or cheaper than my other homes, preferably around 100k-150k. I also want you guys to remember that you are not obliged to keep the rooms the way I made them, change them however you want cause it's your house! Anyways, I hope you enjoyed this video, don't forget to subscribe and like!

PRICE: $132,869 (132k)
(This price will vary depending on how much you delete, add, or change)
-1 kitchen
-1 living room with desk space
-1 dining room with 2 big doors leading outside
-1 laundry room
-other sitting areas
-1 garage (can fit 2 cars more or less)
-3 bedrooms (includes 1 master bedroom,1 double bed room, and 1 nursery) ofc, the rooms can be changed for ex. you can choose not to make a nursery
-2 bathrooms (one attached to master)
-the house has a total of 2 floors.
(suitable for up to 4-5 people)

same! actually, i've been building toca blox's 1m luxury and modern mansion. i've been working on it with my best friend who also plays bloxburg, but it is over 7hrs worth of speedbuild! we both loveeee to roleplay so i decided to surprise her with a roleplay house we could use. i chose this one because it is soooo beautiful and it does not take too much budget out from the original speedbuild that we are still working on. (i wrote this comment in a hurry so please ignore any spelling mistakes if there is any

i love this build sm! i’m gonna wait for my ipad to charge more but i’m currently at 10:02 . it’s super easy and fun to build. (tip: have a netflix show, youtube video, or music in the background for more motivation as you build.)

what decal codes do you do?
I absolutely love this so much! Not finished yet, but it’s so gorgeous. One tip I would like to suggest is that you cut out that parts where you are deciding what/how long to make things. It gets kind of annoying remaking and deleting things! Other than that I absolutely love this build! 🩷

yess!! im working on it right now. it is so hard to find a build that looks outstanding and is affordable. most of the time it is around 500k for a house like this but surprisingly this is a bit cheap. i have been switching between my laptop and ipad and on all of the devices i am still able to build easily.

Love the house but just one thing that I hate, there's this one roof that won't go to the right spot at 12:28
for me its so pretty but i think ill make like a cute backyard and build the rooms by myself with some videos to make it more of my style. im obsessed with this house!! and its 20k under my budget (my budget was originally 150k which was all my money lol) but im gonna work for 100k since i have the employee gamepass and work for an hour or maybe 2 hours if i feel like it. im super excited to finish this build and yesterday i had the feeling to build and it was strange because i quit bloxburg for 4 months and then randomly i had the urge to build something and roleplay. i was playing sim to life rp and i dont like roleplay games that are very unrealistic like brookhaven so i immediately thought of bloxburg bc i wanted to do a realistic roleplay
