Tyty. Those bbq chicken quesadillas were definitely a huge hit with the fam and worth a shot. Especially if you use rotisserie chicken, even better/easier. Thanks again and Cheers-J 🍻
Gentlemen great idea for the two ingredient dough. At the end I heard Jeff mention using dough for a BBQ chicken quesadillas cook as a taco shell. I did the same for Steak Fajitas for one of my cooks. I wont buy store fajitas shells again when cooking for my family. The Blackstone taco rack is prefect for molding the dough into shells. Griddle On!!!!
I'm sold on it. Going to definitely be on my once a week rotation or at least couple times a month. Was really good used as a taco with bbq chicken , red onion and cheese. Soo good. Cheers-J
Jeff the bread looks so good and bread warm and fresh is always the best Try adding a teaspoon or two of yeast ti 1/4 cup warm water to get the Naan to rise more. Allow the dough to rise once before making the actual Naan. Most recipe just use yeat only. Jeff you said 2 ingredients but it actually selfrishing flour, yogurt, butter, salt and sugar. That 5 ingredients. Recipe below Yeast Naan breads. Makes about 8 six inch naans INGREDIENTS • 1/2 cup warm water • 2 tsp instant yeast • 1 tsp sugar • 3 tbsp olive oil • 1/4 cup plain yogurt • 1 egg • 1/2 tsp salt • 2 1/2-3 cups all purpose flour • 2 tbsp butter, melted • 2 tsp minced garlic INSTRUCTIONS Combine warm water, yeast, and sugar in a large bowl; let sit for five minutes or till bubbly. Add olive oil, yogurt, egg, salt, and 2 cups of flour. Stir till smooth. Add enough flour to make a soft dough. Knead a few times on a floured counter until smooth. Place dough in a greased bowl. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled. Preheat a skillet to medium heat. Cut dough into eight pieces. On a floured surface, roll out each piece into a 6" circle. Add a little oil or non-stick spray to the skillet. Cook each circle for 2-3 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown on the bottom. Flip over and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Brush the top (the bubbly side) of each naan with melted butter. I added garlic to my butter, but that is optional. NOTES STORE. Cool and store in a Ziploc bag. At room temperature, Naan Bread should last 5-7 days on the counter. If stored in the fridge it can last a couple of days longer. FREEZE. Wrap in Saran Wrap or foil and for extra security, place in a freezer-safe Ziploc bag and store in the freezer for up to 3 months. Let defrost and warm up in the oven or microwave. STORE the dough. To store the dough in the fridge or freezer to be cooked later, place them in an airtight container large enough to accommodate it gradually rising. It can be kept in the fridge for 3-4 days. Punch down, divide and bake according to the directions.
Lol. In my defense the butter salt and sugar were optional 😁. Was trying to keep it simple with the cook. Issue for me with the yeast recipe is all the waiting. That's said I will def try that recipe sometime. Sure it will be delicious
Wow, 1st comment! Those two breads looked fantastic...and I'll bet the smell of fresh bread was wonderful, too! Glad to see that arm is healing up, Nate. Nice job, guys!
O what have I just got hooked on. I need help on my camping griddle from black stone! I only have one burner on this unit, any thoughts on how I can split my burners so I can get two different heat ranges?
You need a real mixer. Get yourself a bosch mixer. Won't struggle and for a household mixer you can make 9 loaves of bread in one load. Not that your going to but you can
I bought this one for the wife. Swear she wanted it just for the "special" bowl. That being said when it dies I will surely look into bosch. If you have seen my appliances you will know I'm a big fan boy. Cheers-J
@@TheGriddleGuys Yea I will say the bosch isn't something to look at...just a plain ole mixer. but it is a work horse. My mom had one growing up and yea we made bread and sold some to though out the trailer park we lived in....and like the Crappyaid lol it has available attachments for almost everything.
This looks amazing, so much easier than I would have thought.
Thanks for all the videos. I've been binge-watching them. I am waiting for my camp chef to arrive next week.

Definitely a must try in our house. We love Naan bread with Tzatziki sauce !
Simple and delicious. Ty and Cheers-J
I love! I make my own tzatziki, and chimichurri. Did them both for Easter. These would compliment perfectly!
Tzatziki is just sooo fresh and delicious, especially when homemade. Cheers bud-J 🍻
Makes great pizza crust when I ate flour!
For sure. 👍🍻-J

Looking good, man. I’ll bet you can dip that in any dip. Looks delicious.
Tyty Lloyd. Cheers-J
Love it! I love any kind of bread! Great Job. the real question: which was denser the dough or Jeff's head?😄
Nate, is that you?? 😁. Cheers-J
O what have I just got hooked on.
I need help on my camping griddle from black stone! I only have one burner on this unit, any thoughts on how I can split my burners so I can get two different heat ranges?
Guys, it's just called Naan. Calling it Naan bread is like calling it bread bread.
Do you guys have a video of your favorite cooks and ones you would never make again?
Not yet, but we can do that. Good call. Ty and Cheers-J
Looked like a fun afternoon. What were you using as dips?
Great times for sure. We had hummus, orzo salad, tabouli and tzatziki . All great for dipping. Cheers-J
Get an Ankarsrum mixer. Its the best!!!!
I've heard that. Bosch as well. Guess I will have some choices to make when this one dies. Cheers-J
@@TheGriddleGuys I love my Ankarsrum and I don't even bake. Love you guys' youtube channel to by the way !!
Admiral Nelson & Sailor Jerry??? Come on guys, Captain Morgan is as low as we can go here.
😁 It was a gift. Lol. Cheers bud-J
It is very possible that i dont eat 2 slices of bread per year. I wouldn't care if bread was never made again, by anyone. laughs
Ouch. I don't eat much myself lately for dietary reasons but boy do I crave. Thanks for commenting-J

Did Nate break it by being to rough with his meat? He's always over tenderizing it!
