Starting with very deep emotional, even sad opening, and then take us to an awesome, party like final. Nobody else does stuff like this with such talent.
"Nobody else does stuff like this with such talent." This is exactly what i said to anyone. There is NO other duo/solo ( whatever... ). This is unique. Godlike. All the IM....
I know one : Harmonium- Histoires sans paroles, but it's a Québec band seldom people know. Same structure : a 10 min long song that starts sad and emotional and slowly builds to the party, just like dancing with kadafi
Almost 5 minutes of intricate careful buildup for just a minute of the hottest fucking drop in the universe. I wish it was longer, yet it's so amazing as it is...
2:27 the ear trickery flipping is SO COOL. You can feel them organically shift places. Like you can feel them walk to the other side, as opposed to an instateneous switch
In the beginning you feel so alone and cold, then it fills up with music yet still confused and dearranged. Then it fills the room with joy, exitement. You room becomes a stage and the party is rocking and evermore so energetic... just to remind you. You are... still cold and alone.
Dude, this album was the first music I listened to while stoned and it was exactly that. I was alone in my room with open windows covered with a lot of blankets but still very cold and alone and listening to this with speakers really loud. It was a really great experience, I wish I could do that with some one, where I live people don't like infected or they smoke weed just to be silly, not to feel things.
This shows something Infected Mushroom does well. It seems like they play around with sounds and are like, "Hey that sounds cool, let's put that in the song."
I am in love with how you guys ended this album. I loved CV1 and CV2 is just as good. I'm really glad you guys decided to keep the same vibe with this album. Your other albums in the last 8 years have kind of been unimpressive and hard to listen to at points, but you're both still amazing musicians
I wouldn't argue about taste of music but if you were unimpressed with all of their work in the last years than I would argue you need new headphones cause seems like you're missing something.
@@ValentineNTT I first started listening to them in 2000. I enjoyed the Trance they did in their first 3 albums. I noticed some pretty big changes around Supervisor. Though I still enjoyed it. Army of Mushrooms is where they really started with the annoying shit. Like the over-use of buildups, most of them becoming distorted or building up to nothing at all. It's like they've been taking advice from some dude that sleeps on their couch and is always on acid. "Hey man how does this sound?" *plays shitty part where nothing flows right and it sounds like every third note is off key* "Yeah man thats like... trippy". Here's what I mean, go to Savant on Mushrooms and start from 4:50. Sounds really good, smooth, positive, and then some erratic sounding bullshit that they threw it completely ruins the song. I'm not missing anything. They have changed big time. Of course that's to be expected but they've done it in some really nails on chalk board kind of ways. Don't get me wrong, I still enjoy some of their music. You can see a clear attempt at honoring their roots, even naming an album "return to the sauce", so they've certainly been listening to old skool fan criticism.
@@MrBeegs88 Savant on Mushrooms is awesome in my opinion, I think you're like many others approach this close-mindedly, not in a bad way, just like it seems many people expect them to sound in the same genre, not realizing these guys like to have their own touch and approach on different things and genres, either rock, dubstep, classic, deephouse or even hip-hop, they are trance by nature and to be honest their music is of a different genre, most of their creations grow on you while giving you a ride each time instead of blasting you with sounds you're used to...any song of theirs that you listen for the 3rd or 4th time just opens up different on you since they have so many layers of sounds at any given moment that your brain isnt capable of taking it all at once, thats how they create their trance like adventures
+comdinet Why do you think that? Most of the tracks are very experimental. And even in CV I we had more comercial tracks, like I Wish (which Fields of Gray is similar to).
+WobblyBits_X What I am doing is called expressing opinion. I know it is hard to grasp the concept of different opinions, but it is real. It might be a shock to you, but intelligent people are even capable of expressing their opinions without insults.
+Bryan Grünauer Chagas Just a personal opinion of CV2 vs CV. I find variety and different tracks on CV to be much more than CV2 offers. This may be impacted even by amount, but it feels to me that CV is still much much better.
Amit duvdevani I have two things to ask of you 1: can you make an unreleased version of liquid smoke and 2: can I help you finish your unfinished track?
They're from Israel. Infected Mushroom was actually the name of Duvdev's previous metal band if I remember correctly. Edit: Correction, the name was taken from a local punk rock band that had since disbanded.

Perfect ending to a perfect album. At this rate, CVIII will be music from the 100th dimension.

The openning makes me feel like I'm in a lab working on some very dangereous stuff
Absolutely insane stuff. love it!
Talk about balancing on a knifes edge! Pink Froid is the surgeon :)
You always end on a good note... don't forget your roots
So jazzy and distinctly infected.

+comdinet because of the time my friend, in some years later, these songs may make u cry.
Agreed with Edgar, CV 2003 is still unparalleled. This song comes close.
je suis le seul a qui ça fait penser au musique de plant vs zombie .Sinon l'une de mes préférée ^^
Je vois pas de qu'elle musique en particulier tu parles ?
in infected mode!
le shrike ;)
I get serious Zelda vibes from this song.

One of my favorite tracks in this universe has 60k views - all you need to know about me
kinda cringe if you define yourself by listening to music thats not mainstream
To be fair, it's the 2nd most from this album.
Song good until piano 😢 otherwise dope I like piano in other songs just not here
