One more tip : when you make a knot out of that kind of plastic string, just heat it by putting it over a fire and it will tightens automatically! because the plastic constrict on itself! ;)
Very helpful and informative video!
Excellent video, as always. Yes, I would like to see more vids from this bugout shelter. Modifications, upgrades and so on. Waiting for the next one. Cheers!

I love that there's that one guy who thought to himself, no I won't click that like button. I'm clicking next to it. Bravo you stand alone and proud.
Awesome substitute for string...& will tighten up with some heat put to it.
I'd like to see a video of Your guy's bugout bags
noice, i really like the kind of "make do with what youve got" style this channel has, its the sort of outside the box thinking and improvisation that is an invaluable skill to cultivate. i enjoyed the change in scenery as well, it was just nice to see a location other than the garage, (not that theres anything wrong with the garage mind you) its just nice to see you mix it up and keep it fresh.
This is why I watch every episode. They come up with ideas that I wouldn't have thought of. It gets me thinking about how to do things differently.
porkdemon I agree. They surprise me everytime
Fantastic video. A truly useful trick.

Great video, more like this please. Happy hunting, I'm jealous I have to wait until September for deer season to start.
You hurt me doing that with the leatherman... hahahaha Don't cut so much plastic with your main knives, good video anyway dude! ;) Have a nice days in the outdoors.
Best regards from Spain!
Very nice video! I am wondering how long the plastic will last outside in the sun (UV exposure), and weather. Perhaps you could do a torture test, maybe hang a few rocks from the string from a branch and check on them from time to time. Anyway, always nice to see you and learn something new.
I like all your videos, keep making what you want to. If you make hunting videos, I'd like to see how you guy your animal.
the thumbnail had my absolute favorite multitool, Leatherman Wave, so I knew this would be legit.
Useful idea! Good Luck hunting, what are you hunting for? Hunting here is in the Autumn and Winter.

excellent video, thank you. I planned to build a base camp with a lady I am seeing. Im not gonna pack any string. gotta impress her 💪
really good diy video...I use that stuff all the time & like everyone says, heating it tightens it up so tight what ever you tied with it won't budge..at all. Thanks!
This is SO smart! I'll have to remember this trick. You could easily weave this small string together to make strong plastic rope.
Soldier, you left your weapon out in the rain...
Great idea on the string...
That was awesome. I comb the net looking for this kind of ingenuity.
The one dislike is a paracord distributor! :D
