I'm not sure about Madden 24, but previous versions of Madden would also let the user flick the stick left or right to flip the run play, even if the offense is in a pass play. This will cause the flip run animation to play, but since it's a pass, it doesn't change the play at al. This can be used to make it look like you're about to call a run play. Similarly, if you have a run play called, and you do a hot route on a receiver, the QB will perform the hot route animation. But since it's a run play, the play doesn't actually change. Both these methods can be used to bluff a run or pass against a human opponent when you are actually running the opposite.
What a high-quality product EA produces. You guys definitely didn't get scammed out of AAA money. I'm sure there's no other online multiplayer games that would see a video like this and not update their game in less than a week
You don’t have to tap through the players to get fatigue better. If you take time to set up in the offense and give players to about 4-5 seconds on the play clock they will regain stamina. ( stop getting to the line and hiking fast if you don’t need to) Also be careful with pre snap determining if it’s a run/pass. No matter what even when I run I do “hot routes” checks.
Blitz. Before snap just move one of your defenders to make opponent think that's you but actually user a player on other side. That bluff will slow their reaction down and force them to take sack or pass and force TO if you know where ball going.
The on side kick one bugs me and rpo along with defenders being able to jump 10 feet in the air Another one that STILL happens is rb or whoever won’t move and be in my way better then it was tho 😭🤦♂️

RPO was fixed now with most recent patch its glitches again. Played some maniac that ran the RPO or dive every single play……. At best he got 7 yards, at worst 2-3 yards. Problem is he kept moving the ball downfield and by far the worst. Didn’t matter if I manned the receiver then he would run up the gut. DTs couldn’t shed and linebackers were being held. Reason people do this is because the code programming is broken. In that instant when the players are reacting to the run/pass they freeze and nothing can be done. EA Programmers need to have implementation code that after X amount of times especially the same exact play stops working as the play recognition increases for defenders on back to back plays. As long as the AI is this horrible it will always feel like a video game. No amount of graphics will ever make a video game good if these things aren’t corrected. The best video games have intelligent programming AI

This is a well made and informative video but all it does is highlight the faults of the series. Madden is supposed to be a football simulator. It is clearly just a regular video game with repeatable patterns and regular video game exploits. The series has been just plain bad for 15 years. But thanks to the MUT sweats funneling their parents money to EA, we’ll prolly never get the next gen NFL football simulator that we deserve.

My last game of Madden I played online some cat was beating me by 9 points with 45 seconds on the clock...I drove down field got into field goal range and got 3. I think there was like 7-9 seconds on the clock after I recovered the onside kick. I ran a go route with Nate Washington and pump faked and his DB bit on it and I got the deep pass for a TD 😂. That dude jumped offline so quickly. Sent him a little message.
This is outdated game footage. Onside kicks got patched and squib kicks don’t bounced down the field like that no more. It goes straight to the up back
Onside kicks absolutely did not get patched, just ask the guy who did it to me twice last night. Also, if your squib is going straight to the back, kick it with less power man

Madden is a scripted mess that is won and lost by what animations you can trigger uses the least amount of actual physics and has arcade type abilities horrible game

If a real team did the same 3 offense plays, the defense will blow up the play. And the defense doing the same play over and over and over, the no ai making the players run the play likes it’s the first time. This game is junk and full of micro transactions so they get more rich. The game reached the highest point of quality before MUT. the franchise mode is terrible! It’s a copy and paste! Madden should have shut this franchise down before he passed, would have been yet another legend move from the football god

How do you kick a fg with seconds left in the 4 quarter and the camera angle changes and the kicking meter disappear ?
I have a hard time kicking when the kicking director is covering the kicking meter. When is ea going to fix this game once and for all

The best way to return a kick is not run to outside. Run str8 up the middle is the best way if they kick it down the middle
