Colours seem warmer in my right eye. Culture plays a part in colour perception as well. Some don’t have a specific word for blue and as such can’t identify the colour.

I see colors when I am dreaming and dreams have nothing to do with my eyes. You really don't know if other conscious beings see anything at all or if they are really conscious. Do the sounds other people hear, sound the same as what I hear ? Or do they actually see colors for sounds and other people could see something totally different than colors , something you can't imagine and these other people can't image what the colors I see really are like from my point of view. People might hear colors or get an image that is made up by the sense of touch. In the end no matter what subjective experience other people have , they can agree with me about what objects are Red or Green etc. That is all we know. It is possible from quantum mechanics that you are the only observer , or measurement maker in the entire universe at the current time. So no one else really "sees" or "hears" anything and they are not conscious. The feeling you have that other people are conscious is built into your genes , so that we cooperate with each other in society.
When you look at someone else, you are really just measuring them, and their quantum waveform collapses in front of you. It really is like you are the only conscious being, just like in Wigner's friend measurement paradox. When a tree falls in the forest , it does not make a sound , until you hear it. Other people or squirrels that were present to witness the tree fall, don't count. Not until some information that resulted from the tree falling reaches you, ,such as vibrations or another person telling you they saw the tree fall or a video of the tree falling, will you effectively have heard the sound or become entangled with the tree falling event.
