Uncle ji as a fellow truck driver, i have one small suggestion please don’t get offended. Always avoid cooking inside the truck as it is a very big safety concern for you and your crew and also always carry an upto date fire extinguisher in the cockpit.
I think he must have thought about this earlier and there is always a knob in gas cylinder. We can turn it off when we don't cook so maybe he must be closing it very often
