I realized when I started making my own breakfast as a young teen that the Bagel setting on a toaster means it will only toast one side and I haven't gone back since.
Toasting one side makes it crispy and easy to spread on while leaving the other side to be soft and non-abrasive to your mouth but still heats through to make it nice and warm. It is definitely the way to go.

@Gabriel Story Kinda late but what I remember is that he said he named the channel after his Reddit handle which was named after a minor character from the West Wing.
It’s actually a Rachel with turkey and chips. A Rueben has sauerkraut.
Or as I like to think of it, a Langer's No. 19 with potato chips and turkey.
Also, the traditional meat for a Reuben is corned beef, not pastrami.
But that's coleslaw not sauerkraut.

I’ve been making this very similar sandwich for years sans the chips. But what I do is take three pieces of rye bread and put Russian dressing on one side of two pieces of bread and on both sides of the other. Then put Swiss, pastrami, and turkey on the bottom section and cole slaw on the top section. Best sandwich I’ve ever eaten.

"Aluminum" is both more consistent with the Latin naming of other metals and the settled-upon preference of Humphrey Davy, the *British* chemist who named it. The -ium spelling only exists because another scientist felt it _sounded_ "more classical", which is a stupid reason, especially for a scientist.

@NinjaCell Yes. It has to do with the name of the oxide it is separated from, replacing the -a or -ite with -um. So tantalum from tantalite and magnesium from magnesia. It just so happens that quite a few end in "ia", so you get a lot of "ium" ones. But the oxide is alumina, not "aluminia", so it's aluminum. Likewise, it's "lithia" for lithium oxide and titania for titanium dioxide (the common one). I wasn't aware of a common uranium oxide, but apparently it is called urania, and the common mineral form is called uraninite, though it used to be "pitchblende".
"Aluminium" is only more widespread because some posh prick in Britain messed with the spelling and the Brits were imperialist bastards and good at it. We in the US and Canada started that way, but had the good Mr. Webster to figure out that "aluminum" was the proper and original spelling and set us straight before it was too late.
