It's a real shame they never included a mode in these games which took into account analogue stick. Like, you know a difficulty mode where you're actually able to beat the game with the pad without having beaten it before if that makes any sense.
Yes, it's fair to say these games are virtually impossible to finish on one credit using a joypad,without having spent weeks practising every movement on the pad and even then there is still a slight element of luck.
@@RandomisedGamingRUclips and oftentimes even the later ports don't include 99 continues or free continues as an option for those who just want to enjoy the story or learn patters. not everyone has the time or will and dedication to keep re-doing the same stage dozens of times till they can finally make it to the end and actually beat the game.
@@regidon793 i mean, that tgey are very difficult with a standard controller making them feel very unfain nowadays on tv's that don't work with light guns. By difficulty mode that takes controller into account i mean something tgat is feasable with the controller with more room for error

Correct, hence why the cursors are on screen as we were using joypads, there has been some major developments in having light guns work on modern TVs for retro consoles. But as yet there isn't a product on the market, that we are aware of.
There is only two things I want to know. I know that on the Dreamcast version of House of the Dead 2, you can unlock The House of the Dead 1 One. What I want to know is, is it a perfect port of the Arcade version? And can you play it Two Player?
Neither HOTD1 is not included in HOTD2 on Dreamcast AM1 had planned to include it, but had to cut it due to the developer time limit. As a result it appears Sega has since lost the source code to the first game.

See above post it is not in game, the cheat site you linked to is wrong. For starters there would be videos all over the net, if HOTD1 was in 2. We finished the game many times and you cannot unlock HOTD1 on the Dreamcast version, you can however unlock skins to play as Rogan and G in HOTD2. It was planned to be included, but got removed.

It was one of the reasons to buy a dreamcast this time. Best Gun Shooter ever.
Easily the best game of the series. The zombies / monsters looked so terrifying - holds up today.
I had this with the light gun and it ruled.

I still have this game and the dreamcast. My brother and i could make it to the last level and always die ugh haha
