Many years ago I had the opportunity to work with Aerial Solutions and it was an experience that I will always remember. The pilots name was Chuck and the fuel truck driver was a man named Nolton. Great Men to work with.
I SAW this helo flying in Brunswick county last year, funny thing I vacation in Fort wayne every July with wife's friends , missed you this year hope to be on the wall next year !
There’s risk in powerline helicopter work and I’ve been on a job site seeing linemen hooked up to be flown to the problem areas with ladders and the buckets of tools that are needed and line pulls are very critical at low hovering speeds and the MD-500 is the best for the jobs and the Blackhawk is for the heavy lifting.
Tree trimming is not good when the saw is against heavy thickness of limbs that has you moving forward and backwards and as I saw the Helicopter contractor pilot was amazing controlling his Helicopter in a professional manner

What powers the saw blades?
I was wondering the same thing. I think there's a gas motor on the top of the apparatus that is turned on using radio signals.
Drive system will be explained in upcoming video
Nuts, safer juggling chainsaws!

Very bad practice leaving the helicopter unattended while it's running. Otherwise great skills!
