honestly a lot of people sleep on elemental mastery build units. My lisa is also build with high elemental mastery, her reaction damage is insane specially if you can apply other elements easily. I always use xiangling(bouba) and lisa together, the overload reaction damage is just nutty being able to kill multiple enemies and also easily breaking enemies shield.

They also do not work on certain enemies so it's more inconsistent than just relying on the base damage of a really powerful reaction like vaporize and attack percent and elemental damage bonuses which are always consistent because they are always there. It also makes a character relatively useless except for their ability to proc reactions. Edit: Although I must admit these are pretty decent --looks at Keqing and pyro character oneshotting hilichurls with overload-- just more inconsistent and less reliable.
Also, for people who think you just have to jump. That won’t work I think.. I think you have to jump then do a plunge attack above the water to avoid the water bombs. That’s just how I do it though. You can use a shield if you’re too lazy to do it. Or if you have Keqing just hold her elemental skill and teleport her above the bomb, there’s a bunch of ways on how to avoid the water bombs.

She's useless in the beginning. Spend that much time on any character and they'll be great ( she's at lvl 90. Let me introduce you to my Lisa ( she's at lvl 40) all she's good at is electrocuting potatoes ....even while doing that she takes a long time. ( I'm still new to the game. Barely one week )

I’m almost AR 50 and I still use Lisa, she’s definitely one of my favorite characters and people sleep on her Edit: I’m AR55 currently and I still use Lisa occasionally. I wasn’t trying to say people should use Lisa just because I like her and still use her I was just expressing my opinion☺️
For main stats Att on the sands, Electro damage bonus on the Goblet and Crit rate or Crit damage on the circlet (depends on your ratio). For substats crit rate, crit damage, att, elemental mastery and energy recharge. Any of those five on a peice would make ur lisa op as shit.
williams you could also do elemental mastery on the sands since she is a constant element applier. With element supports like xingqui I'm sure she would do higher damage than just attack
alright,the oceanid has always been a pain in my ass so ascending mona was a really slow process,now ik who to add to the oceanid party to make it more effective
The onaly really weak thing about Lisa is her defance, but even with a weaker deface she is still a beast. She distroyes everything that's in the way or didn't bring back books.
I have Lisa at level 80 now. She is the highest levelled character on my team. Tied with Geo traveler. She is great. Her normal attacks have good range and deals loads of damage. Her burst is also very good. Give her as much elemental mastery as you can, and she is set. Against Oceanids I team her with Diona for shield support and freeze/healing. Barbara for more reliable healing and Geo traveler for his hydro crystallize reactions which basically cancels out all of the hydro animals attacks. You can sub barbara for any pyro character for that vaporize elemental reaction. Edit: she is much better for exploration and world bosses. She's not that reliable for the spiral abyss, I think that is why many players give up on her.

the starter team includes some of the best four stars in the game imo, my girlfriend is a religious amber main and it’s absolutely insane to watch her play. once i get to a slower part of the game lisa’s one of my biggest “bitch build her already” characters
Why is there no diving 3 birds in her battle? Noticed the impeccable timing when the frog jumped and Lisa unleashed her ultimate skill. Didn't know you wouldn't take damage from that at 3:29
I'm now a beidou maim but I used to main the original 4 starter characters. I loved Lisa and still do and the person who got me started on genshin thought she was a very bad character. So what I did was main her for like a month just to pester them.

But after Morí commented just realized since there is water all over the field it would trigger the reaction and the effect would banish faster. So using thundering fury was a good combination for good dps as f2p and better dmg. Also the widsith works pretty well with Lisa.

I used her and Beidou on level 70 to beat up Oceanids for building my Childe up to lv 90. None of her artifacts got build, so sure she's a jelly when she got hit, but I'd say she still kick some wet asses.

By high is it around 400 - 500 at lv 80+ ? Some achieved 800-900 but I can't even fathom myself reaching that numbers 🤔

I just use pyro/cryo (Yanfei + Kaeya) combination (including Zhongli's shield) and it's pretty much one of the easiest for me

i mained lisa for a while back in 1.1 and 1.2, she was so fun to play with.

I used her and Beidou on level 70 to beat up Oceanids for building my Childe up to lv 90.
None of her artifacts got build, so sure she's a jelly when she got hit, but I'd say she still kick some wet asses.
I beat the oceanid with Lisa and 2 random coop players. One of them used Qiqi and the other one was with Noelle
