The guy is one of the best artists I've seen or heard of in years. I like Ed Sheeren as well but he's a little different in style. James has a soul that is so deep and passionate. He is just something you see maybe once in a lifetime.

It's so hard to find music these days that can really capture emotions that simple words aren't enough to express, but this guy, this guy finally did. I totally gave up listening to new hits but today, I'm thankful I did because I discovered this new artist to love and listen to. New fan girl here!

Jada, Well said! I think he spoke (or sang) his future into existence! These things he sings about were not part of his life then, but what an amazing comeback and the positive changes he made in his life helped mend his family relationships and reach new fans everyday! I love that he didn't just hide behind his mental health issues but talked about them and is taking a stand to help others!

this song is truly a reflection of his background and you can know this if you watch his x factor audition. he was in and out of foster care, he got suspended and expelled quite a few times. hi parents is defiantly proud of him. and for anyone going throught thick and this have an amazing day, everyday. bless you all!

I can relate to this song sooooo well.....my parents passed away both before I turned 18....my dad died when I was 12 (2010), my mom when I was 17 (January 2016).....when my dad died I was just so angry at the world for god taking my best friend away from me....he was everything to me and he was taken from me....i was aggressive for years until about a year before my mom died....then she died and a month later I was aggressive again but only every so often....i behaved so poorly.....but more recently (within the past I wanna say 2-3 months) I have been getting my life together....i was homeless for almost 5 months.... stayed in and out of homeless shelter, slept couch to couch, street to street. And now I have my own room that I pay for.....im also working on getting a job and shit lime that but I'm paying my own bills and being the adult that I need to be....and I hope my parents are proud of me for how far I've come.....from the time I was about 14 I started to self harm till I was 17....and once I turned 18 I started to self harm in the form of drinking alcohol and doing drugs.....i didn't stop till this past june.....so technically I'm 8 months clean from drugs and self harm but I still do drink....i drink to forget a lot of shit that's happened to me....but I really do hope my parents are proud of how far I've come...... RIP Mom and Dad....
