Late Mr Surendra Last Rites || Buddha Air

On Poush 10, 2079 BS, our Founder and Executive Chairman, Mr. Surendra Bahadur Basnet (born. Shrawan 27, 1984 BS) left this earth to rest eternally in heaven. Our respected Late Chairman was a visionary man who believed in developing the nation’s air travel to the best standards. 25 years ago, he established Buddha Air and dedicated the rest of his life to providing the best flight services to its passengers.
Late Mr. Surendra Bahadur Basnet’s final rites were conducted in Pashupatinath temple in presence of our Managing Director, Mr. Birendra Bahadur Basnet, and the Late Chairman’s family, along with the staff of Buddha Air and near and dear ones.
Although he may not be physically present with us anymore, we at Buddha Air will always follow the path shown to him and move ahead with his vision for the best air services in Nepal.
May his virtuous soul rest in eternal peace.
