Hey Steve, I've never used Superclean before and it looks like a pretty powerful cleaner. That PS bracket cleaned up nicely. Have a fine week. Enjoyed a full-watch. Don 👍🏽🤠 8/17/23
Yeah its really good stuff, Thanks for watching.
Where do you get a Saginaw PS bracket? I have a 96 4.9 that I am putting in a 1955 F100 and I believe I need a Saqinaw pump for my power steering conversion because I was told the Ford pump isn't high pressure?
They are on the 4.9 equipped e series vans of that day. I found mine at the salvage yard.
@@SteveStoltz I wonder if the bracket for the Saginaw is different than the one I have on my 4.9? If they are the same I might just buy a new Saginaw pump for a E series van. Do you know if the bracket is the same or different? I am looking at my bracket and yours in the video and they appear to be the same. I don't know much about PS pumps but have read that on the 55 ps conversion that you need a saginaw pump because the stock ford pump is too low of pressure. Any info would be much appreciated. Thanks
From what I understand the spacing is different on the E series version, otherwise the brackets are the same. If you were to install a Saginaw on the F series bracket I presume the belt wouldn’t line up properly.
Hi Steve, you dont know me, but you can help me a lot if you want, please read my coment in your “3.5 Hyundai engine thread stripped “…Thank you so much!
