Thank you so much. Cromollient SCE cannot directly replace SCI powder in my facial scrub recipe due to different functions. SCI is a surfactant for cleansing and lathering, while Cromollient SCE is an emollient.

Removing PEG-100 Stearate from the formula might affect the stability and texture of the facial buffing scrub. PEG-100 Stearate is a key emulsifier, helping blend water and oil phases smoothly. Without it, you might encounter issues with separation or a less stable emulsion. However, you can try using alternative emulsifiers like Glyceryl Stearate SE or a blend of Cetearyl Alcohol and Polysorbate 60 to maintain the emulsion's stability.
Can I use a natural emulsifier like olivem 1000 or ritamulse scg or montanov 68 instead
