Not sure why it wasn't...though speculation online lays the blame not on any prudishness but more practical reasons like the Covid delay which pushed them into a winter shooting/bad weather. It was described as their "first true night" - as the other one had SB confusing CJ with her maid. So there's that bit of consolation...but in true Mr. Queen fashion, our joy is coupled with the agony of knowing it wasn't shot.
