    I used to have a morning routine like yoga at sunlight, meditate, affirmations and planning my day then coffee but after moving to another country and changing 2 cities Im not able to have my routine back… Now after a while of following you on instagram I realized miss my routine and how fogged my mind is… its only wake up breakfast makeup and coffee while watching tv series… hopefully I will have my routine back but a bit modified in according to my new life 💗🌸✍🏻

    Wow! I am literally obsessed with all your content, Em! It couldn’t have been a better time for me to find you (found you on Instagram first and I can’t wait to see you upload more RUclips videos). I’m pretty sure i had a quarter life crisis in 2020 when I was 25 and now I can’t stop this self development journey.     Love it! I’ve been doing many of those things in my morning routine and this is great confirmation to keep going and dial them even more.
    One thing I want to add is to record a set of affirmations and set that as my wake up alarm audio l, so I can hear the gentle and affirming words as the first sound of the day. “I am safe…”
    I also have been drinking warm lemon water with olive oil and cayenne as the first drink because I’ve heard it is really good for clearing the liver after it’s been working all night cleaning my blood.
    When I put the keys into the ignition of my car, I call on angels to protect me and continue the prayer for my family and loved ones and will sometimes just continue the stream of gratitude all the way to work.
    Essential oils are another big part too. I mix several blends for specific areas of my body and spread the lm on as blessings and protection. Many people at work are often appreciative of the bouquet of blended oils when I walk in 😂 thanks for your energy in this video. Gonna check out the supplements you mentioned. Also, I just got coffee beans that are certified mold-free because I learned that coffee can often be a source of mold. Looking forward to hearing about your bedtime routine.

    Interesting video, the five intentions for the day first thing in the morning seems like something I could start
    doing with exercising first thing in the morning to increase my own productivity. Awesome video! keep us updated :D

    Please talk about the red light you mentioned! And waiting to drink coffee in the morning makes a lot of sense. I’m so used to having something warm in the morning, but I’ll try to substitute with herbal tea (at minimum, I’ll decrease my caffeine in the morning by transitioning to green tea if needed). Thanks for that tip!

      also, what are your thoughts about blue blocker glasses in the evening? I know we never REALLY know if the brand being used has the “technology”, but I figured it couldn’t hurt to use them.

    Hello, you mentioned something about the “side to side eye movement” what’s wrong about that? I know I don’t do it but my school psychologist happens to do it a lot. Is it a good or a bad thing?

    I am doing customer service from home and after I wash my teeth I immediately start working (because I wake up so late) and answer bunch of messages I am not even sure how I do it. I guess I should change it again

    I feel as mindfulness, meditation can decrease too much active default active network system from pushing out too much thoughts. If you can, may you please talk about the default network on Ig or yt 😌
