Mine has been hard to turn on & off from day one.
Unfortunately I have severe arthritis in my hands and wouldn't be able to manipulate the tools & screws.
Is there a service shop near Toronto?

In my experience, most neighbors are very willing to help. This fix is easy for anyone without hand issues. Buying/making cookies for whomever helps you is often more than enough of a thank you.

You are assuming I have neighbours. I dont. I live in the country. Love my Travel scoot because it fits in the back of my CRV so when I go to the city I can take it on public transit, shopping malls, & large events.
