In a nutshell; the cape was knotted and her nails were too long, she couldn’t undone it on time and the dancers pulled the cape, she fell and hit her head. 😢 I was so sorry for what happened , because many backlashes were out , mocking her being old ; as if she fell because of her age. She was 56 yrs old when this happened. Hell, I am few years younger than that and I don't think if I fell down walking I'd be able to get back up like that and then to do a dance number on top of it! Hail to the Queen. She has said in interviews that she was a little sore but, she knew how to fall and that her head got the worst of it and that her head hurt really bad. I LOVE when she talks in her songs. She has quit a few that she does that in. But, yea, what a perfect song to sing after falling.
