    I keep coming back to this video, it has inspired me to plant nearly 90 grevillea, banksia and callistemon, can’t wait to see them grow and start attracting the birds.

    Terrific presentation done with wonderful enthusiasm - this deserves a million views! These little guys are magical examples of mother nature’s wizardry and so important for our environment. My wife and I have just bought a 30 acre block of trees to move to mainly so we can try to turn it into a bird paradise; so much great info in this to assist us. Thanks!

    Just about to move into our first home & I really want to plant a garden that'll actually help our native animals but couldn't find and good information.
    Thank you so much for making this, our local birds will have somewhere safe thanks to you.

      Thank you for the feedback. So glad this video helped you Max. That's what it's purpose is. Enjoy building your bird haven and note birds need water. Water is one of the best things you can do for them. Just look at these lorikeets during a hot summer day - ruclips.net/video/qsLqNSB1ySQ/видео.html.

    Do you guys have any info on how to build a small birdhouse for Perth, WA area?

    • @BIBYTV
      @BIBYTV  9 лет назад

      WaterFluoridation PoisonOnTap We have a whole series of plans for nest boxes on the Birds in Backyards website: birdsinbackyards.net/Nest-Box-Plans - but most small birds don't use nest boxes or birdhouses - they instead build their own nest. Is there any bird in particular you want to help out?

    • @ToxicVaccines_HivHoax

      BIBY TV
      Yes there is. This time of the year there is a very vocal small song bird olive in colour, about 8 cm from top of head to end of tail feathers. Don't know what it is called. It has got an amazing song.
      Do you have any recommendations? Which species of small bird living in Perth would you recommend I build a nest box for?
      If there is a species that feeds on mosquitoes or other annoying insects that would be great.

      It's unfortunate that some react that way. Poorinda Royal Mantle is a groundcover with softer leaf ends which might be better for you.
