- Restoration Abandoned Old Jaguar XK 120 (1949) Model Car - Perfect Restoration.
The Jaguar XK120 was the fastest production car. In the 1950 Le Mans 24 Hours endurance race, 3 XK120s competed. But no prizes were taken. In 1951, Jaguar released a racing version of the car called the XK120 - C-Type, and in 1951 Peter Whitehead and Peter Walker won first place at Le Mans.
At first, only roadsters were produced, and from 1951 they began to produce coupes and in 1953 - a convertible. A total of 12,078 cars were produced, 240 of them were produced with the original aluminum body. Over 80% of cars were exported, the vast majority in the United States.

Very beautiful restoration. Back in the mid 1950's our eccentric neighbor had the convertible amongst all of the Fords, Chevys, Plymouths and other muscle cars in Detroit.😎
thanks

На состаривание и порчу этой машинки он потратил больше сил, чем на ее реставрацию. Примерно таким же способом пользуются ютуберы, которые бросают кошечек в горячий асфальт, а потом демонстративно их спасают😂

Wo bekommt ihr immer diese Modelle her? Sry. Ist doch bestimmt nicht echt...
