And they sang it in the language of the country they were touring in, suggests VERY STRONGLY that in the USA they should have done the English version in the English speaking countries they toured in. Honestly I am sure that, since they have an upcoming album release in Japan soon that someone at JYP said lets do an Japanese ver of MIDZY for them. Of course then China buys as many albums as Japan so they did it for Taipei. That doesn't change the fact the US buys a ton of albums too, so they should have done the English version in the USA. I assume they just didn't think about it at that time.
Calm down guys.. they weren't sing "midzy" in bahasa when they perfomed in Indonesia. This world tour is kinda repetitive, so they add something new in some parts of their show to make it 'something (little bit) else'. Btw, I am sorry for my bad English.

Why are they singing MIDZY in Japanese and Chinese but in the USA they performed the Korean version when the English version already existed?

我猜是英文版早已經發表就不用再唱了，而中文和日文是演唱會新發表所以表演了，JYPE公司做事原由常常是很簡單，不用想得太複雜
