I’ve been through 5 pairs of Alphaflys.. They are excellent but definitely save for races, they don’t last and not a good easy run day show as they’re not the most comfortable. I Nike Vaporfly 3 in my option are better.. maybe just as fast, of course the Saucony Endorphin Pro 3 are also excellent. I am a marathon runner so I run a lot and own over 10 pairs of shoes.. 80 mile weeks with lots of rotations you need a lot of shoes 😊

Touching on the ‘leg training’.. If you run a bit and not marathon training etc it’s fine to train legs as bodybuilding however, training for long races as mentioned leg training has to be a lot of single let exercises. Lunge circuits with a medicine ball etc, power lunges into a box with BB, plenty of band work, heel walks calf walks hamstring walk outs, bridges.. Injuries/niggles occur when not doing this because one side will become weaker. I have issues on my left hip due to it being weaker
You might want to look at adding a couple of electrolyte tabs into your water either while on your run or after - plain water is great, but you need to put the sodium back in your body - that's what's making you feel so drained :) x
Did you cry when you did the 10k marathon? Because you probably felt so happy? I used to walk far distances when I was a younger girl and would love to start a running journey but I'm not sure if I can with my anxiety. I probably have to start walking first and then running. I don't know. How did you do it? I don't want to run a marathon though, but I just want to get into the hobby of running.❤
i want to begin...but its winter here in Australia and its soo friggin cold where i am. and dark when i im not at work.... but is your book available internationally?? and does it have the much needed motivation for the cold xx 🥰
Ahahaha basically I used a pair for my first half marathon training and then one day I just had a super bad injury and instead of going to get my gait tested like a smart girl, I ordered about pair after pair trying to find ones that would stop my leg pain and just made things far worse 😂😂
ld you please do a video on how to intuitive eat from tracking? Every time I try to not track I have no connection to my fullness signals or how much I've eaten and then I get really anxious
True, but I’d like to know that I’m at least able to connect to my body and it’s signals and have the option of being able to intuitively eat if you know what I mean
It is in England. We don't have aircon 'as standard' like in many warmer countries and our houses are built to keep us warm as we were in a cooler climate (thanks to Global Warming, the UK is now getting warmer, but doesn't have the infrastructure to cope with it - train tracks buckle in the heat etc).
Hang on hang on.. If you live in the UK, if you see a road sign it tells you a distance to say London, what’s that in? It’s not KM is it, it’s MILES. We work in MILES in the UK 😂😂 In your car, mileage you don’t say my car has done 40,000km you say 20,000 miles.. The KM people when asked how long a marathon is they say 26 miles 😁 UK Miles.. European countries KM’s just like all their road signs

Highly recommend the Nike invincible 3! Alphafly or Vaporfly are for speed work or race day for sure. You don’t wanna be running in them a lot
