Sandra you have this love affair with Ireland's unmatched countrysides and shorelines, and your equine soul-mates seem to love these romps out in nature too. Beautiful scenery!!
I have just watched a year of your posts - I am down to "Henry Wins A Prize" - and want to thank you for these wonderful videos. You are witty and amazingly crafty and skilled, and blessed. THANK YOU! from North Carolina, USA.
What beautiful country side! and Winnie is just adorable! I love watching your video's and I'm happy I found your channel! :) I hope to visit Ireland someday. :)
My daughter is interested in the area as she likes art, and lately we came across an art college situated in the Burren area specifically for its natural beauty. This area reminds me of the Shetland Isles, they have lots of similarities. In my eyes Ireland is one of the nicest places in Europe. My wife ,daughter and myself are planning to move to Ireland coming August. Greetings from Malta.
thanks for the glorious ride. That would be a dream come true. I have never seen a horse box like that! Here were have trailers that hitch behind the vehicle, or larger vans. Yours is pretty unique to my American eyes
There's nothing like someone from Ireland to tell a story, and no way to go across the landscape like an Irish Horse! Winnie looks very well-bred to the task. How did you tether her overnight, or did she just stay close on her own? Wonderful images of a beautiful little adventure: just my style! Thanks from Sonoma County, CA
Beth DeRoos It's a huge challenge, Beth. One that we struggle with all the time. There are few jobs here so many people here would be self-employed. But then we end up trying to sell goods and services to people with no spare cash either. But we all choose to live here so we're not complaining at all.
+WayOutWest Blowinblog Maybe this is a silly question but, what are your biggest expenses? It seems like you have a fairly self-sufficient farm. Maybe if it's hard to get money for your services you could trade? There are some things money can't buy, but there are other things that are easier to just pay for I guess. I love your videos, keep it up!
I am in the USA....what is the "burren," exactly? like a rocky moor? I had no idea anywhere in Ireland looked like that, lol! Did you have trouble with Winnie's feet and the rocks...I heard shoes, but some rocks were so large! I love love loved your trip with Winnie, she reminds me of my 1/2 Belgian/1/2 Quarter Horse Chester (-: Wish we could do that! Thanks for putting that out there!
I see all the country side with stone walls every where who owns the land? With such a large population why don't more people live in the country side?
As you can see, from an agricultural point of view this is very poor land. Very hard to grow anything on such thin soils and rocks. The east side of Ireland is much better - that's where most people live.

Amazing terrain - very beautiful, Sandra ! The limestone rocks look like vertebrae. Winnie is a great companion!

Thanks Ben!
Ok Sandra now I know you live a fairy tail life. Beautiful. Thanks for sharing.
I am lucky to live close to the Burren. I spend time walking there alone with my dog. Thank you for all the wonderful videos.
What a wonderful adventure! Thanks for bringing us along :)
What a nice expedition you two had, thanks for bringing us along!
now you know what a magical place the burren is
very nice country. horses are wonderful, I don't ride them I am to full figured but I do like them. yes dogs and horses make good friends.
I am living in Co. Clare. ☺️ it was good to see you were here. In west Clare there is a huge area with plenty of tracking, Coillte wood. ;)
What a cool vehicle for your horse . I should make a business getting those custom made here in Texas . That is such beautiful country as well .
It's incredible, the same Atlantic Ocean down here. The Burren is beautiful
Great trip. I've always wanted to do something like this on a mountain bike.

Another beautiful video of one of the most fascinating places in the world- The burren

Thanks Ben - yes it is!
Your horse is beautiful and good
That's what I dream of riding on the coast.
thanks for the glorious ride. That would be a dream come true.

Martha Anderson Thanks Martha! Yes, those vans are rare enough here too - but we need one so we can tow a trailer behind for the weddings/funerals.
You live in a fairy tail paradise
What a pleasing adventure, TY for taking us along :). Now I see why Ireland is called God's Country, and do believe it to be so. Mrs. Tc
wow! that's awsome!
Quite a lovely trip. Seems like you and Winnie are well matched as companions. Who enjoyed the adventure more do you think?
Winnie missed her family - but I think she enjoyed the adventure too. We're both happy to be home again!
Best part .. 7:47
Ist jemand von euch da? 8c irgendwer?
8c?

She was loose, but inside a field - with me and the tent. She kept checking on me : - )
You should invest in a helmet-mounted camera to take videos atop your lovely horses!
is it as cold has it sounds? the wind makes it sound so frisky! lol
we've had a great summer - but basically the burren is a bleak place unless the sun is shining.
How do people in the more remote areas like that make a living? You do lovely videos.

Yes!
