Thanks for asking interesting question. Lets forgot about axios. Lets understand about instance and interceptor. What is mean by instance if we talk about in programming term. Its a object which is refer to class. And with this object we can access all the properties and methods of the class. So we can assume Axios is class in this case. I hope this will help to understand what is axiso instance.
