So during the first part of the game, when it mentions an injury it was the train hitting those two characters and you were speaking with their spirits and guiding them through the horrors of their trauma from being hit to their version of heaven leaving the train station they were killed in. And you waking up afterwards was apart of the afterlife journey bc you were involved in the accident your second part of the game was a near death experience with one foot basically between world caught between life and death. That was a rly good short story

"Yeahh the girl and the kid died!" *dancing* "Let's goooo!"
So the player’s character was riding this train and passed out due to a blood clot (deep vein thrombosis) and was having a near-death experience, which allowed him to see the spirits of the girl and her brother. He and the brother, who has figured out the rules of the game, work to make the looping stop by identifying anomalies in the train cars while his sister remains asleep. The thuds and intercom warning about an accident and the train stopping at 14:03 is the girl and her brother getting hit by the train. The doctor at the end of the game (who I’m pretty sure is the guy putting his luggage away on the first-class car) says that the player was already unconscious when the train stopped, so I’m guessing he was having an out-of-body experience ever since he originally passed out, which is when the game began. The one thing I’m confused about is how he was seeing their spirits before they were actually hit and killed, as he first sees the brother shortly after the game begins. Maybe this is caused by the looping, an error in the story, or their spirits were already on the train because their deaths were inevitable and already laid out in the timeline? Not sure, won’t get hung up on it for the sake of the story as a whole.
When the player is able to reach the conductor’s room, hit the brake, and stop the looping, the sister wakes up and she doesn’t remember getting on the train (because she and her brother never did board the train, they were hit by it and their spirits ended up trapped on it). At this point they have paused the looping and are free to leave, but she thinks of people who may get trapped in the loop in the future and wants to stop it for good. She and the player split up and go to both ends of the train, and once it starts again they hit the brake on both sides. This appears to stops the loop permanently, and the girl and her brother get off the train and go on to the afterlife. The player wakes up on the train after having been treated, and learns about the girl and boy having been hit by the train.
I’m thinking the old man was just another person who happened to die on/in the train and got stuck in the loop as well, so hopefully the girl and player stopping the loop helped him reach the afterlife too.
Also, this part is dark af but maybe the reason the sister was “asleep” for so long was because she didn’t die instantly like her brother did and her soul was still in the living world for a while…I hope I’m wrong about that because yikes. But ye this has been my interpretation, thanks for reading and lmk what you think/if you have anything to add!
Yes that’s correct, your interpretation about the girl being asleep for so long. She was in reference to the types of people that stay tethered to the living realm longer than others so she hadn’t yet been able to leave her vessel (body) and roam freely like her brother

Keeping the usual charm of the original games with new upcoming graphics updates and more is super easy doesn’t require lil to any talent beyond making the base game as a whole. Most dev’s just change the games entirely bc they choose too

what a DORK
Deep vein thrombosis is when a blood clot travels to your leg and gets caught. It's usually when people are traveling and not stretching. You'll feel pain and then if the blood clot frees itself, it can go to your lungs, heart or head and kill you instantly.
Last thing, can we all appreciate Pezzy for screaming about how he just wanted to get off?

I think Pezzy is entertaining enough as a person to make anything interesting to watch, but I guess it's fair for him to assume it won't do well as a video considering it's basically like bird watching with a few spooky highlights here than there. Kinda wished he at least uploaded the vods... His VOD channel kinda feels dead at this point and at best, very inconsistent. Doesn't help that there's no one else archiving his past streams, at least publicly.
