STAYC deserved Daesang for the most underrated perfect group. Great song + Live vocals + Perfect visual + Synchronized dance + Hyper energy level. What they lacked is only a big company budget and general public attention.
It's very usual with STAYC & Black Eyed Pilseung works in general ^^ Many groups build their songs on one big idea (and it's great sometimes), so we catch the idea very quick and it's an instant banger (or not). Sad thing is these songs aged not so good and usually remain in our playlist because they _remind_ us good feelings. In my opinion, STAYC songs are "hits" and "growers" at the same time. They're always good but grow better & better thanks to their honesty, gorgeous vocals, relatable lyrics & superb melodies.
I was not convinced by this bridge when listening the first times. But since i watched live performances with the playful crowd, i think it's a very smart one :D
the camera flipping to the audience side is so real asf like i never woulda thought I'd see what it looks like from the idols pov on stage like that was cool
