- In today's restoration video, Vick Almighty tackles a wax covered Air Jordan 13 Cherry. Vick Almighty and Reshoevn8r's video dude Jake melted down a few candles and covered the pair with hot wax, WE DO NOT RECOMMEND! To take on this mess, Vick is using the Reshoevn8r Advanced 3-Brush Sneaker Laundry System. Vick reminds you to use HOT water to assist the solution in breaking down the wax and grime. To kick the cleaning off, Vick uses the Soft Bristle Brush, lathering the upper with hot water and bubbles. Vick then moves on to the Medium Bristle Brush, attempting to remove any remaining deep stain. After that, Vick hits the outsole with the Stiff Bristle Brush before putting the shoes in the wash with Reshoevn8r Advanced Sneaker Laundry Detergent. After the shoes are washed and air-dried, Vick begins the reglue process. The last significant step of this restoration is repainting the uppers and reviving the suede with Almighty Mink Oil.

This is my favorite shoe I have the court purples De La Soul and the new playoffs I barely wear them I just let them sit in the closet. I’d like to take them out just to look at them. Size 15

Remember when I was a freshman (graduated 2018), I wanted to restore shoes after watching y’all and a couple other youtubers lmao and a senior actually paid me like $20 I think to “restore” his own pair of Cherry 13’s and I actually did a pretty good job except I couldn’t dye the suede but it was enough for him to pay me🤷🏽♂️

Hey, guys at reshoven8r. You guys are far better than me at restarting shoes but I’ve been doing it for almost a year now and with experimenting I want to share that using ace tone on icy soles or soles you want to unyellow, decreases how many sessions you have to do for optimal/preferred results. I hope you do this tomorrow for your restoration video! Get this to the top so Vick can make his videos even better than they already are! And all you fellow restorers use this tip, PLEASE!
