I randomly woke up early and clicked on this video because the topic has really been on my heart lately and found out it was only posted only 3 min ago I know God led me here.
I've been doing an experiment for about 30 years. Being raised as a dutiful Christian, I have prayed to God thousands of times. Then, an interesting thought came up: What's the rate that prayers are answered if they're offered to God or to my grandfather clock? So, for the last 30 years, I've split my prayers between God and the clock. Regardless of which one I pray to, the prayers are answered at the same rate.
This is so awesome. Thank you for pointing out how pointless prayer is. It doesn't matter if someone prays to an invisible being in the sky or a pile of leaves in the forest; the prayer will be answered at the same rate...never.
