Ohio state should be out of it now. Miami too
No, Ohio State has 2 top 10 wins and lost to 1 overall. Miami had 0 top 10 wins and both their losses were to unranked teams (although syracuse might be ranked this week). Very different.
Miami has zero good wins and two bad losses, they shouldn’t sniff the playoffs. They got a cupcake schedule and still lost twice
Travis WHO?? Are you kidding me??? San Jose State's NASH is a better receiver than that Hunter boy. And you don't even mention Jeanty? You guys are pathetic talking heads.
Bayer Mayfield presents: Rivalry Week
South Carolina: have 3 wins vs Top 25 teams
Indiana have ZERO
Penn St have ONE
Florida have 2 wins vs Top 25 teams
South Carolina has 4 top 25 wins, not 3.
No 3 loss team deserves in. No participation points for losses what is this BS?
None of those teams were top 25 that was just ESPN BS as usual. The get them highly rated so they can sell commercial time and unjustly enrich themselves. Most of you are to brain dead and uninformed to have a clue.
OSU had to play against the same defense as last year. Wink Martindale ruined the best defense in the world so he could put his name on it and then had a come to Jesus meeting and reinstalled it. That idiot ruined the year for Michigan he should be fired NOW
GO BLUE 💙
Hey Heather… did you even watch the games yday? Seriously I’m AUSTRALIAN and I could come on your show and break it all down for you if you like? Oh wait I’m a dude so that won’t fill the quota of women in football jobs…. 🤷♂️
The only fallout needed after the OSU/Mich game is that Ryan Day gets fired.
College football fight week!
Well, we know next season Flag planting will be banned LMAO
Love you Heather...❤ Mom's Rock
The ACC is head and shoulders the best conference when you consider academics and athletics. The SEC had an edge in football but those days are over with NIL. 😊
The Big 10 is not that strong. I don’t understand how Ohio State is still considered a top team that gets a bye. Ridiculous
Ohio State isn't getting a bye.....
Paul is the only one I need to hear from ......she a 💤.
..and now they doing anything or say anything to get Alabama in like Last yr
Pretty sure a team that beats the #1 team & wins the SEC title over that team deserves a real shot in the playoffs.
They not keeping that they are moving them ASAP and Georgia ahead of them 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂Roll Tide Roll
Football or ufc was the question and you all combined them thank you Americans
Eliminate the conference games not fair some teams have to play some get to rest
I agree. But, it's about money, so they'll keep the conference championship games.
How about you win your games so youre not relying on making it at the end of your 4th loss of the season....
@@MattBuild4 Georgia is 10-2 so is Texas what’s your point ? Neither should have to play an extra game that could result in injuries when lower tier teams get a pass to play off brackets.
@@lxcameron406 Its pretty simple dont lose to Ole Miss and dont look like utter garbage to freskiing Umass, Kentucky and GT......
Remember in the 2000s when a number 2 team losing at home to an unranked team would drop them 10 - 15 spots in the rankings. Pepperidge farms remembers
I dont like Heather, but i appreciate the forthrightness of just saying "hey, I'm having trouble here can you help me out?". We're all human and that happens and she was professional enough to not sit and stammer or be too proud to ask for assistance.
Just my humble opinion but I don't think getting a loss in the major conference championship game should eliminate a team from the playoffs. If Clemson wins SMU should still get a spot, it's bid stealing. It happens in the basketball tournament all the time.
Paul gracefully called the other two panelists delusional 😂
They will be at large.
Can they just Heather the day off. She is spoiling the show
Heather🤦 Bama should be ranked in the 20s.. South Carolina is next up look at the same opponent match ups, Not even CLOSE
Your right...we beat the number one team at the time dummy
Who said the Northeast cant play football!! Go CUSE! Loaded with NJ/NY/PA players
"If you want somebody not to plant their flag on your field you have 60 minutes to make sure that does not happen." Amen to that. What I have been saying all day. If you failed, deal with it! I seem to recall Ohio St doing that at Michigan in 2019. No fights and Michigan walked off. Now that the shoe is on the other foot, they decide to start a fight? Grow up Ohio Soft.
The NCAA and the B1G need to drop the hammer on Ohio State for lack of institutional control after the game. Postseason ban alone is not enough.
go dawgs!! best game of the year vs ga tech
As a Bama fan I’m realistic in saying we shouldn’t be in the CFP. Talent wise we are great but losses to an average Vandy team and a terrible Oklahoma team means we should be out. I hate it but there it is.
Somewhere Baker Mayfield is laughing at all of the chaos surrounding flag planting this season😂
ASU lost to Cincinnati bc their star QB was injured that game and missed all their FGs that would have won the game and Clemson beat citidell last week by 40 and moved up 2 spots and SC beat a made up divison 2 school and moved up 2 spots in the rankings but no ASU only moves up 1 spot bc well uofa isn’t good I’m sorry but didn’t know the schools Clemson and SC faced were so much better then uofa
Oregon 1
Notre Dame
Ohio st
Georgia 2
Penn st
Texas
Boise st 3
Indiana
Arizona st 4
Clemson
Tennessee
Alabama
This is my prediction of how the playoffs will settle out. Not how I think it should. 1-4 rankings to right are the playoff byes because of conference championships. If I was on the committee, after the conference championships I would just seed everyone in the bracket according to who deserves to play who. Texas Georgia Boise st and Ohio st should be on one side of the bracket together. Oregon should be rewarded for remaining undefeated. It would be stupid to have to play any team twice until the championship.
You sound real ignorant of football. Ohio st lost to an unranked Michigan team, just like UT lost to an unranked Arkansas team. Except UT lost that game over a month and a half ago, and Ohio st lost yesterday. Both are 3rd in their conferences.
@ rivalry games are always different. Period. Michigan still has the talent to beat anyone but coaching staff sucks.
@vincentmcclain579 it's TU, UT is in the SEC championship game.
Best rivalry in college sports .
Like it when Ohio loses to anybody, Especially Michigan !!
Hopefully Michigan will get an actual quarterback for next season.
Let's hope.
Always liked ya Russell, glad your preaching common sense.
Heather looks exhausted
“Is this in any way a good loss for the Buckeyes?”
Are you f-ing kidding me with this question?
The committee last year said records didn’t matter when they put Alabama in over Florida State. South Carolina is playing better than half of the top 12 right now so they should be in. If it doesn’t work that way they need to apologize to Florida State for last year.
Bama is going to get into the playoff, no matter what. The committee knew exactly what they were doing when they only dropped them to #13 after getting blown out by Oklahoma.
