Outside of crafting/pulling some of the cards not in the structure decks like Photon Lord, Hope Harbringer, and Masquerena (most of which are from the various secret packs), purchasing the Cipher and Galaxy structure decks is a huge help for getting the core ready. They aren’t too bad to play as a rouge strategy admittedly. They do pack a ton of power and the rank 8 XYZ monster access does help with support. Good guide!

Great tips, thank you. Also at 11:32 you could have equipped Photon Orbital to Harbinger, which will give it a +500 boost in attack and protects it from being destroyed in battle. Lastly if the opponent tries to attack into anything else, detach material from Harbinger to re-direct attack to itself and it will be safe from battle destruction and is a beefy 3500 attack monster on field.

I did all the tutorials and then looked for a archetype I wanted to build my deck upon. Galaxy eyes was my choice and I was able to collect all the cards from a deck I found online. Now I just need to learn how to use it, and this is helping me learn a bit about the combos!~

Just wanted to say that this is prolly my favorite deck in the game right now due to how fun it is to play and galaxy eyes photon dragon being such a cool card for me! Also a thing ive done to help with the deck is add 1 more photon emperor to the deck so on the offset you do pull it in your starting hand the combo isnt bricked

During the turn 2 OTK section, after one negate, apollousa is vulnerable to attack, so despite not having the OTK anymore, you won't be vulnerable to monster negates. Fantastic video, btw.
Trying to learn yugioh to keep in touch with friends who play. I've played Digimon, pokemon and magic a lot in the past and the yugioh combos are unlike anything else. It's really interesting but I find it hard to grok. This video really helped. Starting with this deck in master duel and probably gonna try the trap tricks structure deck in paper. Thanks!

You can buff this strategy more by adding numeron creation since this card is always treated as a galaxy card after you special summon 3 dragons with 3k attack you can activate numeron creation and bring hope harbinger and get 1 extra spell distribution ( 2 hope harbinger 1 photon lord 1 solflare dragon)
Numeron creation is bait, having to heavily set up to even use it makes it a brick if your combo gets interrupted (depends on what you open and where the opponent stops you). And to add to that, it’s absolutely worthless going second trying to play into an established board. It’s a fun card for sure but very non-competitive if that’s what you’re aiming for.

I thought it was a joke of a card on release but i also want to add a bit more engine and it seems like the next best thing. And does this also take up Thrasher slots? Is Galaxy Brave just not worth it too? It can help but i feel you’ve dropped it for space for delta wing Historically ive used Hyper Galaxy over Numbers Last Hope in main but is it much preferred? I just slapped Last Hope in the side with Thrusts (tcg not md) just incase as it always felt bricky going 1st
@@morganfleming9597 thank you, delta wing isn’t the best, it’s not a one card full combo, but it’s the next best thing we have for this deck, might be worth playing 1 thrasher alongside delta but overall not needed Galaxy brave also not very worth it, it specifically has to reveal a photon monster, so might be bricky most of the times Numbers last hope is definitely better than hyper galaxy in my opinion, even going first, it’ll help you end on 1 more rank 8 out of nowhere

Bought three of the nevest Galaxy structure decks today, because tomorrow the XYZ tournament start, thought that this way I had an XYZ archetype i would own a big chunk of the cards of, and could make a good deck out of, but I struggled figuring out how to handle it well, so thank you. Only problem now is, I doubt they will allow me to use the Galaxy link card in that.
And now the XYZ event is over, and i got all the way op to level 18, then i dropt a level and tried to get op there again, but after some tries, i found it not worth it, as i already had gotten all the gems i could get from it, with the exception of the 100 gems you get when reaching level 19, and titels aint important to me, so i decided to use the last of the time remaining, on reaching platinium rank before they reset the ranking.
Very interesting I’ve been playing galaxy eyes for a while now, I stopped because it’s not so easy to get through all the hand traps plus whatever board the opponent might have set up already since I prefer to go second with it, I think I’ll stick with my Horus engine for now, I end up with the same board sometimes but mostly better with less searchers
Fair, I think the advantage with Horus is, you just need 1 GEPD on field then spam Horus monsters for free, and you’ll make Neo prime for a hopefully easy OTK

Sometimes when I act wizard either to mill or change level the effect is negated and i dk why. Especially when I revive it with summoner it never lets me use the effect for a second time.

the cards of foolish burial, reinforcement and crossout are limited 1 cards (you can only have 1 of that category in the deck) or maybe is only 1 copy of that card
@@Moha-MasterDuel other play i discovered, with the effect of galaxy lord add afterglow, special summon it with its effect (you should have solflare on the field), if you have soldier in your hand special summon it, then add wizard, activate its level up effect, use afterglow and wizard for either prime photon or cipher, and now you have 3 options with that monster: full armor, neo prime photon or cipher blade
galaxy 100 isnt activating when i summon galaxy-eyes photon dragon am i doing something wrong it says it can only activate once per turn edit nvm i found out i was practicing on the true monarch and just realized after so many times thinking i made a mistake and it doesnt have an extra deck lmao im so dumb
As a Zexal fan, this deck is cool, but the fact that you only get 3 disruptions from a 2 card combo while being locked from Galaxy Trance is rough.😑 🙏Hopefully Tachyon support comes soon

This are my exact combos but I make different photon decks. To beat players using the damn vanity monster negating special summons. With that being said. Galaxy eyes deck can use more support
Is Photon Delta Wing really needed? for me it's just used to get a rank 4 monster, and can only activate its effect when normal summonned. How can it be so good and everyone use it x3?
It’s just another starter which galaxy eyes lacks You can make the rank 4 photon dragon to search and then do full combo (assuming you have 1 more good card in hand)

My one complaint is that this has a whole lot of 'not dragon' going on in it. Cipher X is getting replaced by Photon Lord and he ends on the board with Harbinger. I want my big dragon boss monsters v.v

Hi fairly new to the game so i dont have too much of cards in general to add to origin of galaxy, is there a way for me to use cards from rage of cipher to help? is there a video out there?
@@BlkArcher you do need to open 1 rage or cipher, but anything more than that won’t help, unfortunately you need the cards I showed in the deck And since you’re new, play a little bit ranked, it gives new players a lot of gems and UR points by finishing objectives
Try to follow combos I showed in video Or instead, keep a few steps you have to do in mind (not in order): 1. Get jumper to grave 2. Get emperor to grave 3. Activate expedition If you do all these then the deck should play itself

Its in the game, something it just doesn't let you search, you can look up a galaxy eyes deck in public and copy it and the delta wing will show up for you
@@davidharler9149 it feels bricky because your normal summon is generally wizard, 1 feels perfect for me, 2 if you wanna see it more then but definitely not 3 in my opinion

It’s in interesting tech, but you must have a cracked hand to do it because usually soldier is made into level 8 to use for an XYZ summon

@@Moha-MasterDuel other play i discovered, with the effect of galaxy lord add afterglow, special summon it with its effect (you should have solflare on the field), if you have soldier in your hand special summon it, then add wizard, activate its level up effect, use afterglow and wizard for either prime photon or cipher, and now you have 3 options with that monster: full armor, neo prime photon or cipher blade

Is Photon Delta Wing really needed? for me it's just used to get a rank 4 monster, and can only activate its effect when normal summonned. How can it be so good and everyone use it x3?

You can make the rank 4 photon dragon to search and then do full combo (assuming you have 1 more good card in hand)
Has anyone else noticed that Cipher X's effect to stop your monsters from being targeted often doesnt work??

In the TCG it’s for all monster even if summoned after, it got lost in translation or something 🤦♂️

My one complaint is that this has a whole lot of 'not dragon' going on in it. Cipher X is getting replaced by Photon Lord and he ends on the board with Harbinger. I want my big dragon boss monsters v.v

Hi fairly new to the game so i dont have too much of cards in general to add to origin of galaxy, is there a way for me to use cards from rage of cipher to help? is there a video out there?
@@BlkArcher you do need to open 1 rage or cipher, but anything more than that won’t help, unfortunately you need the cards I showed in the deck
And since you’re new, play a little bit ranked, it gives new players a lot of gems and UR points by finishing objectives

If you do all these then the deck should play itself

Its in the game, something it just doesn't let you search, you can look up a galaxy eyes deck in public and copy it and the delta wing will show up for you

All I searched was delta and made sure the "not owned" toggle was on

@@davidharler9149 it feels bricky because your normal summon is generally wizard, 1 feels perfect for me, 2 if you wanna see it more then but definitely not 3 in my opinion
