- This an easy quick way to cook beef finger ribs in an instant pot
very simple recipe
2# beef finger ribs
salt and pepper
1 cup water
season ribs with salt and pepper/meat seasoning of your choice
place in instant pot and add 1 cup water
set on meat settings for 65 minutes
remove bones from ribs and add 2 tablespoons roux to remaining liquid in pot cook on saute settings to make an awesome gravy

It's abou 1-1/2-2hr drive I-10 west of Houston, Texas. We still have a Dairy Queen that looks like that one. Wow, I could feel the Holy Ghost moving in the church. Your brother can sing and preach. I made this using an actual pressure cooker. It came out soooo tender and the gravy was rich and dark brown. I've been doing it wrong all these years!!!! Now I keep Worcestershire sauce in the pantry!!! Thank you. The bones slid right out too

I don't know what it is, but I live in a very wooded area. Many nature parks and Arboretum. The nocturnal animals are out during the daytime. Maybe cuz there's so many or their just comfortable in their world.
