> Josh finds a way to get ore out of bounds
Ah, finally time to play the game
Your username and comment remind me of south park's legendary episode "make love not warcraft"
Surprised he never did the out of bounds on Satisfactory.
😂🎉😢
The man just needed a goal.
josh should play arknights end field
THE FACTORY MUST GROW
I like the fact that Josh had no problem making a normal functioning factory, but only AFTER breaking beyond the walls of our reality.
He acts normal, only when reality doesn't hold him back.
The conveyor belt enigmas form because his free spirit gets frustrated being confined to our walls so unjustly.
He's only normal on his own terms
It's the principle that matters
This is exactly what I was going to say. Somehow, breaking the game resulted in a maximum efficiency setup.
That factory at the end is the cleanest, most efficient thing I have ever seen Josh make. I'm scared
As you should be. Josh already makes people worry when he's doing his worst, imagine how scarry he can be doing his best. xD
called out from work cause josh made me sick.
Mine factory setting practically demands labyrinthine, long conveyor belt setups, per his usual motif. Josh: "Screw you, I do what I want! Here's the most efficient processing setup I could imagine!"
He made a similar clean efficient factory in Hydroneer -- the only problem is the frame rate was too slow...
It exists outside of our reality, so anything is possible
The only type of "leaving the computer on because it's mining" I can respect.
In the early days we done this when we were downloading stuff
Okay Latinx
3:35 Josh has two modes “30 seconds?! That’s way too long!” And “10000 years? Ok seem reasonable”
The lets game it out approach: spend hundreds of hours to save seconds
lol, I have the same pfp as you!
@wilberforce6991 now i need to know if he's a programmer because that is exactly what programmers do
@BluSpringStudios Programmers use hours to save seconds hundreds of times. Josh uses days to save seconds once.
Bluespring he was a script supervisor for Hollywood movies before he started a RUclips channel, now he's just this and streaming full time.
This is the best advertising a game studio can have.
When is it ever not?
And the best way to find glitches and bugs and stuff
Josh's shenanigans are usually why i get interested enough in a game to buy it lol
@nightphreak same I got my first computer because when I was 10 I was so mad he was playing hydroneer in his special way
i know satsfactory by him
I'm convinced game developers send this guy their games because he can bug test them better than anyone else
Congratulations you’re catching up with the same observation everyone made 7 years ago
@krvnjrcbs nah I just never bothered to comment it until now
@guywhosenameischeeseburger lmao. Ok brother. You know I can see when you joined RUclips right ?
@krvnjrcbs I have a question: what joy did you get out of writing that comment demeaning someone else?
@eaoden8654probably nothing they just wanted to be a little sh*t
26:16 That was the most amazing "Wait...what" I've ever heard!
Life is worth living again
29 glorious minutes.
relatable
all hail josh
gleeb
Yesterday I thought when will I get to live
As one of the devs for this game, this was a great video, loved the use of the robot arms to remove the items from the cave! We sorta knew this was a thing but didn't expect anyone to actually use it LOL
Not just use. He exploited it :3
Really awesome game!
keep at it, and never stop making games just like this
aaaand, now it's about to be patched out. lol
@arcada_shifter what do you mean exploited it? He just used them.
No wonder why game developers give Josh a key for the game.... He really tests literally everything.... Also not gonna lie, this game did pretty well in just early access. It was stable, did not crash, ores didn't popped through walls, jumped and bounced off from conveyers to other places well. Huge respect for the developers
It's really well made even with thousands of physical objects (like in the video), it didn't break
It’s so good that I genuinely want to know what their physics engine looks like.
its kinda sad that what used to be the bare minimum is now considered rare.........but still props to the devs.
i gotta commend how good this game physics are compared to say "hydroneer"
@airplanemaniacgaming7877 I think they mean "for an early access game still testing bugs"
28:56 how many are there? It’s like a army robot are taking from everybody and just rolling them into the void.
Can't wait for the April fools video were he plays a game 100% as intended
Now that would be hilarious
@aaroncheda1680 It would. I need it.
Where do I sign?!
wieso wirfst du katzen?
You're gonna wait a long time
Watching this game survive the orepocalypse was like watching a lock go five minutes in the ring with lockpicking lawyer
😂 Orepocalypse is so funny to me for no reason
What lock can possibly survive for five whole minutes with that guy?
@TheKeller101 A solid 5mx5mx5m block of tungsten with master lock etched on the side, even then I am dubious
FIVE MINUTES????? GIVE ME THAT LOCK IDGAF HOW EXPENSIVE IT IS
@jackroberts572masterlock makes every lock take 10 second max
20:26 "Oh physics, you fickle mistress" xD
This is actually a pretty well made game
24:25 the editing for these little moments are my favorite thing. Emphasizing the little *clink* to really dive home the disappointment. Just lovely and hilarious.
That simple "clink" gave me quite a laugh.
Same
I literally laughed out loud when that happened.
"That's me! I like walking!"
Raft's Detail Plank: "Excuse me?!"
i mean, he's stll walking on the plank sooo yeah
@マイケル-j1n I know. It's just a callback to his excuse of using the detail plank to not have to walk "all those steps" through the actual course of the game, not **walking** itself.
He likes walking so much he found a way to walk in water
Detail Plank: "and I took that personally."
I wanted to see cannons launching stuff into the void.
Me too, cannons shooting randoms stuffs far off into the void…
Missed opportunity
yeah that was obviously the last step that needed to happen, catapulting the finished product.
The man can only do so much in one video. By just rough calculations he was at this for over a week. Plus this gives material for a second video.
1:16 that sound of excitement haha
Brother there is a new factory game out, I cannot wait to see you terrorize Endfield
Please yes
I am genuinely impressed you got the game working again without starting from the beginning again
Worst comes to worst, there is a button in the pause menu to delete all ores if needed
26:20 “WAIT💡” you can hear Joshes brain go click
100%😂
I actually started laughing. We all knew where this was going and we weren't disappointed.
-:My reaction:- 😂🤣😂Oh My Gosh😂🤣😂
This is also the very instant all the game developers start screaming.
*Josh’s brain
0:56 Josh is the real ore magnet; every time a game gives him a task, he says "ooorrrrrrr..."
this makes me mad because its 100% true
Hardy har har
this is so on-point i'm gonna coal it diamond tier and then steel it
Yes
Hypergryph, please sponsor this guy for Endfield
6:21 You know it's bad when even _Josh_ is scared of the frame rate problems.
HE WAS WHAT?!?!
OH NO
It is like Satan saying "Buddy, you are evil."
and of course the time is 6:21
@SPAMTONTHESPAMLING Btw that lang happens most likely because It needs to calculate every single interaction. Like when the STUFF don't move at all there is no lag but when something touches it, It makes the pc to calculate every singe entity movement.
26:00 The moment the void made money was amazing to watch :D
I think I heard a lightbulb flashing above Josh's head in that moment.
The moment I saw that my first thought was this is BIG!!
honestly i kinda like that the void also cashes in the ore. means anything that somehow glitches out isn't a total loss
It probably works by giving money when the ore is destroyed so both the void and machine give you money
@Zephyr314 Yes, but a lot of games dont have a failsafe, where items that fell to the void are reset.
@Zephyr314No that wouldn’t really make sense because the washer also destroys ore. I assume he just used the same selling plane that is in the selling basket at the start of the game for the underside of the map.
And it wont lag your game because ores won't just keep falling infinitely into the void (or just hit an invisible wall and sit there)
I’m surprised you didn’t try to buy as many lanterns as possible and see how bright he could really make it
The fact my video stopped loading when he usef the magnet gun. Makes it immensely funnier 6:26
E
the lag lmfao
Transcendental lag
Happened to me, too. My computer's ancient at this point an struggles with Twitch and RUclips sometimes but whilst usually frustrating, it happening specifically when Josh talks about how laggy something is because of his abuse of physics, it really sells as an additional punchline.
Josh is trying to be a god of lag and he as now transcended the plain of his game
Can’t wait for the “I crashed the CS2 Economy with just one phone call” Video.
@capvux only one way to find out
@chanintospace 72 hours later...
"Oui, dump it!"
@RandomMemes4Fun so yeah, you can see ive been grinding... alot *shows thousands of AWP Dragon Lore Skin and Titan Holos and with random googly eyes* and alot
@capvuxA market that's based on a game
11:48 Kind of excessive? No, this is minimal by your standards
bot stole your comment
As soon as he said conveyor I was said “oh no it’s satisfactory all over again”
My systems engineering professor has started using clips of Josh's builds as examples of systems that use "inefficient efficacy". They always do what they are designed to do, even if they aren't the most efficient at it.
But they work😂
I do wonder if he has any examples of "efficient inefficacy"
W prof honestly.
@HTan7D8When I asked, his response was "Government".
@misguidedmunitions7447 government? efficient? Probably be better example of "inefficient inefficacy"
I love how he just played the game as intended when he discovered throwing things into the void made money
When all other possibilities have been exhausted...! 😄
Everything is streamlined, optimized, and aesthetically pleasing, so long as he's allowed to add in some bit of jackassery. I love it.
the entire game is just a small step in his own main quest 😂😂
In terms of efficiency Josh is a genius, but it only goes when doing something on a clearly non-intended way
To be fair to Josh, it is very much not intended to use robot arms to move items like that, his entire factory would be _way_ more efficient if he just turned his conveyor belts 90 degrees and had them feed directly into the void instead of using an army of robot arms to move things across 1 tile at a time
First time seeing josh play a game as intended for 4:30 before returing to his usual shenanigans
The imagination needed for this is wild
10:27 ”and before we go crazy on the shaft” 😂😂😭😭😭
Pause…
this game had quite a lot of talk about shafts, didn't it 😆
“Good god i love shaft”
He really works the shaft in this episode
Remember, thee were 3 shafts, yet he only used one, loyality at its finest
I just love how despite Josh being the closest thing to a night paralysis demon we know of, he's still actually an amazing engineer when it comes to making money
What?
@krvnjrcbswhat
18:42 literally the “bright side”
im sad i didnt see how bright it could get
I wasn’t bright enough to catch that joke 😂
cause im Mr. Brightside
You just appear on my fyp like a year apart and a can’t help myself
The final factory configuration may just be your greatest contraption yet. Incredibly efficient and mesmerizing to look at at. Thanks for making these, they're a joy to watch.
The best part of Joshes mentality in gaming is one I forget to think about, is the need to and simply just the ability to escape the games borders
The void demands more.
The Void hungers...
That would be a really interesting game, a regular mining automation game but it's on a island above the void or something idk, and you have unlimited space and can sell the resources just by letting it drop XD
And if there's a eldritch void vibe that would be extremely cool (not gore, gore would be boring)
@bablela26 It would definitely be interesting -- almost a horror mining game, but it's only atmospheric horror. Maybe you occasionally dig up something dig up something creepy or disturbing.
@bablela26 I think I need to make this now
@bablela26 Check out "Project pitt"
I'm waiting for the Endfield Video
Giving Josh conveyers in a sandbox game is like giving a toddler sharpies in a completely white room
This comment is underrated
Imagine breaking your back mining coal for 7 days a week only to see Josh walk up to the nearby mine and start ripping enough gold out of the ground to rival Mansa Musa
wow I haven't seen one of your comments since grandayy was super popular. I thought you died or something 😂😂
Omg Jeffery Epstein I didn’t know you liked Miners!
Always nice to see you
and then promptly throwing most of it on the ground because it's not aerodynamic enough to hit some bullseye he set up across the mine.
i got a flash back seeing you
4:53 I like during the timelaps the little white particles start to look like when you bring a video camera into a radioactive area :3
:3
:3
:3
:3
:3
I have literally been trying to watch this full video everyday since it came out and I keep falling asleep to it 😭
9:20 and I can instantly tell this game was made in Unity.
How? just wondering.
@atticusmarshall4601 i assume that’s the default background that unity has
Yeah I haven't used Unity in years but it does look like the default void/space in Unity.
@mayapapaya02 Yep, spot on, that is the default 50 Shades of Unity Default Skybox, same grey "ground" with the white "horizon" band and blue "sky"
Was a good choice, UE5 would have crashed before a 10th of the physics objects spawned earlier in the video.
26:33 "..sails down below.." more like Sales down below!
HEYOOOO
9:29
Let'sGameIt Out of context:
I nearly spit out my coffee 😂😂😂
Definitely going to the LGIO soundboard!
you know my humor is done for when i laughed at a decently made word play
10:26 it gets "better"
I haven't watched this channel in years, but it always brightens my day just a little.
25:55 the dev watching this video for 26 minutes with his fingers crossed before yelling "SONOFABITCH!"
Please let this be a hydroneer 2 🙏 I want 10s of videos
As long as the physics doesn't lock up as soon as the belts are off screen like hydroneer I'm sold.
I saw the thumbnail and was almost positive that this was another Hydroneer video so I agree completely
what else is he gonna do lmao? he already beat the game and automated everything
I was thinking of Hydroneer as well! Cool game
beat me to it 😔
This was definitely one of the more satisfying Josh videos I've watched in a while. Something about the game doing a pretty good job resisting Josh's mania with invisible walls everywhere, only to ultimately fail anyway feels so good.
This was an oddly calming bit of chaos.
18:30 "Does it get brighter if I add 10 more [lamps]?" Classic Josh
The true gem for Josh here is finding out you can put items in the void
9:39 Josh is not even halfway through the video yet and he already broke the game lol
Its over when he finds conveyors
26:26 he found it. Then the iconic line. Game is not just beaten its his.
after seeing this, i am sure Satisfactory can be completed only using bioburners
watching josh destroy yet another digital enconomy was worth waking up at 7AM for
The play through I had no idea i needed.
8:10 never heard Josh so aroused
josh casually revolutionizing mining and acting like it's no big deal
Of course Josh finds a way to profit off the void.
He's all about "money from nothing"
i love how dedicated you are
don’t let this man touch a factory with conveyor belts. EVER.
or pet lizard doggos...
1:16 ULTIMATE LGIO VOICE CRACK
26:15 wait wut. the truest out-of-bounds experience
I always lol at the creative ways you break these games
11:24
that sounded new
“Well just lay these out” in the lowest voice I’ve heard from him ever
I WAS LOOKING FOR THIS COMMENT
I KNOW LMFAOAOOAOA
He probaly found a bit coin exploit in real life but he dind't tell anyone to keep a secret from the government
THIS IS THE HIGHLIGHT OF MY MONTH
He uploads twice a month... Which one do you choose?
@V1rusK1ngthis one
It seems you may be living a mundane life. If you’re young; I warn you. Don’t do that. You’ll be old before you know it and realize this shjt is all fake. These videos are not going to mean much of anything when you’re old and alone
@krvnjrcbs I watch it for the laughs, but I feel sad now.
@BenjaminJabkowskiwell that wasn’t the main goal, now I’m sorry I said it.. It’s just I wasted a lot of my prime years on here watching videos to laugh and forget about stuff instead of going out and creating highlights for myself. And Now I’m old lol.
Really was hoping he was going to have to robot arms loading everything to launchers at the end
now 2026 can actually start
i love how he always makes his conveyors so weird
Never did I think I'd see the say that Josh would make an actual cohesive factory.
I like that a lot of breaking the games Josh plays is waiting for the game to break itself
I love when Josh finds the most inconvenient but yet affective way to do a simple task
That moment, when Josh realized, that the void is his friend...pure gold!
how can josh's voice sound so innocent while he is doing horrible things
yo this guys not afraid to do anything for content i love this guy
3:28 I am surprised he did not pick the farthest possible away one just because it’s inconvenient
8:46 I think Josh deserves infinite research tickets for this beautiful and time consuming contribution.
20:15 I would love a LGIO sound effect mod for any game.
Next game you should do is star rupture. It’s in early access on steam. It’s a bit like satisfactory.
11:13 every one of Josh’s videos ever
it's impressive the game didn't crash
I somehow think this guy is the only reason why RAM got so expensive
If i ever make a game i am SO getting you to test it, your great at doing things you arent suposed to do
thought this was hydroneer for a sec
Hearing the true joy in your voice in the jump after you figured out how to get the ores outside the walls, I can just HEAR how much fun you had putting it all together. Especially with how much of the further game mechanics you engaged with, instead of just doing a million basic ore lines. I think the Devs won on this one, you just had fun playing the game!
2:21 subtle foreshadowing
"New game!" hits hard
This game deals with so many physics objects surprisingly well, that's impressive.
1:17 Josh discovers conveyers... this video is going to be good lol : )
I was expecting another conveyor tornado
When he pulled out the ore magnet i somehow had flash back of hydroneer and the lag, chaos, and violence that was in the series😂
1:10 as a certain engineer would say: "Nice"
I'm curious what engineer
