Glad to see you getting some tools , Ya might check into a plasma cutter it can be a Handy tool to have , but then there is a lot of tools out there that I could see you needing but that's half the fun of doing it with the wrong tool and when Ya get the right one to do the job it makes Ya happier than a Gopher in soft Dirt , believe Me when I tell Ya

I wasn't so lucky getting my rods to hammer or press in. Had to remove some material with benchtop grinder to get them to seat.
RBG builds Really Bad ass Gocarts!
FYI you can get angle of different sizes and lay in the bottom die, to gain a tighter radius just lay decreasing sizes of angle in the big bottom die and it can tighten up your radius if you want a tighter radius on your breaks .

Hey there Read Beard you paid to much money for that finger break i built my unit with metal i have here at my shop it is 22 inches long ialso made smaller dies the way that i made it was takeing 1 an a half angel iron on top of a 2 by 6 1/4 in. thick took me far less time to do than that set up I;ve saved lots of money.
How would I install a oil catch can and fuel pump?..since the oil catch can is utilizing the valve cover line??
Watch his videos he shows how by drilling and taping a hole on the intake just in from the Carb and put in a threaded nipple for the hose ,sorry for jumping in here just thought I would put in my two cents worth

Hey Red Beard im a fellow subscriber and i wanted to know if theirs a possible way you could help me with my mini bike i have the coleman 200u ex and i tried doing the zip tie trick and it worked so i took the zip tie off and for some reason it starts up but won’t idle right and it turns off unless i give it gas and it seems weird bcuz i’ve only owned it for 4 days i would greatly appreciate if you could help me out🙏🏼

Its a finger brake because you can remove the fingers to do different type bends. TRUTH!

@@RedBeardsGarage thats a person that should not be in or near a shop.. i built a press break 8 years ago for my press ,works great was going to buy on line,, top cup was wrong size would not fit my press ,, co said if i changed it would not be covered. built my own cheaper ,, finger break is the way to go next ,, thanks for showing it ..
