Before the start of February 2020, I’d never heard of the name Rosie Bentham. Indeed, I’d not, really, followed events in “Emmerdale” since the ‘plane crash! However, with the return of an iconic kids’ TV programme (altogether now: ”CRAAACKEEERJAACK!”), I tuned in to the third show of the series to see if it was anything like the original. On it were two young ladies who - apparently - appeared in “Emmerdale”. At the end of the show, I was suitably intrigued enough to find out more about them (Thank God for RUclips!). And what did I learn? Well, I learned that: 1) You miss a hell of a lot of great action and storylines if you’re not paying attention (or, less forgivably, feel you can’t be bothered!) 2) You can’t count all of the characters who have gone, without using - at least - two hands and, most important of all 3) You’re liable to miss out on witnessing some terrific young talent coming through. Rosie’s scenes regarding Ashley’s dementia and demise were wrenching and you can bet a few quid I’ll, now, be keeping a watching brief to see what happens to Gabby next! Keep up the great work, Rosie! Oh, and we also learned that a certain Mr. Samuel Nixon is a very, very cruel man….!#Splatterjack
