Spencer, I hope you don't mind a little advice. How about a background story? Where did you grow up? What other jobs did you have? Why were you drawn into running your own business? Do you have any kids/dogs? Why you're doing what you're doing? Try the three Es. Entertain, Educate, and Elevate. Use Infotainment for engagement.

I love seeing your progress, Spencer! I just started a channel and you’re inspiring. I also loved building my first startup the past few years and am figuring out what to build next (besides a channel haha) I agree mentors make a huge difference. The only reason I succeeded was that my biz partner had built a couple of companies before

Hi Spancer, A friendly advice, the intro is bit long. So, I will suggest you to make a new video entirely based on your intro (if not have already). Secondly, it would be really great if you can speak a bit more in flow. Thirdly and most importantly if you can show data anything in visuals like stats, graphs and other things (you better know).
You can improve your editing, that will surely can help you to grow faster.
