Adelaide’s New Rail Line: Just 1km Long with 1 station: Port Dock line

Hello and welcome to Adelaide! While Sydney unveiled the impressive driverless metro extension into the CBD last week (Monday 19 August 2024), Adelaide also celebrated the reopening of the rail line (Sunday 25 August 2024). Yes it’s the 1km long Port Dock spur line into the heart of Port Adelaide. Unfortunately, I couldn’t attend the opening day ceremony last Sunday as I was in Western Australia, but nonetheless, let’s go and check out the new station now!
