Besides we are loosing doctors because of tge capital gains tax he imosped and drs are cutting back their hrs so him and ndp have made health care worse. You need to be able to see a Dr to get a prescription and that's getting harder ans harder. This new bill in my opinion it to try to get sheeple to vote for them again by offering free stuff when they can't deliver on what they are supposed to be already taking care of

LOLZ... '92% of licensed child-care providers opt in to Ontario's $10 a day program'. This was exactly 2 years ago so I'd expect the numbers to be even higher.
with inflation where it is there is no way they can afford to even pay the people working at those daycares minimum wage. and if your paying minimum wage there is no way you will find people willing to do the job. the whole idea showed a complete ignorance of childcare or basic economics.
i ran the numbers and one person would have to be looking after like 20-30 kids by themselves to make the math work to cover wages and basic bills for the daycare. its pure insanity.
@@NogrimStoneson It's not supposed to be free it's a subsidy. 10 bucks a day is 200 a month and an average daycare is more like 30 bucks a day.
Cutting out the multi-billion dollar insurance companies has got to be a win.
Insurance companies usually negotiate the insane prices that Big Pharma charges Governments down to a reasonable level. Right now Trudy is paying 1500X more for a shot of the Gene Therapy than it was in 2020. So no, this is not a good thing except for those that think they are not paying at least 3X more in taxes than it would have cost if they just bought the birth control pills or insulin themselves. The only ones that it will not cost are those living under the poverty level, where their portion is pushed onto everyone else, bringing them closer to poverty. Every discretionary tax (non-infrastructure) results in this effect.
It's great for the people who truly need the relief but it won't fix what's broken in this country and the liberal ndp party is still done like dinner lol
