She is so beautiful! I had to have some tests and a MRI / cat scan it was two and a half hours I took my Joseph awake and everyone loved him ! I couldn't take him back for the initial testing and my hubby watched him and he said everyone loved him and asked to hold him and my hubby was a super star loved it and was proud of him for not being embarrassed we are lucky! Joe is amazing and Mandy guess what I have panic attacks all the time dolls or not so iam proud to have my dolls to cuddle and love on to redirect my feelings at the time love you dolly sis!

Most people are very kind, curious, and non judgemental. I agree 💯 that it can still get under your skin especially when caught off guard. I noticed that I can lose my edge when I stop taking them out as much. We should keep our edge, because that alone will keep us bold, brave, and carefree about negative reactions. Yeah we had a really fun time at the meetup, but I did hate you had that moment by yourself with those mean guys! It’s very overwhelming taking dolls to crowded places! Overall I’m so happy we all got to meet!! I enjoyed this video! She looks adorable in that outfit!!!💖💖💖
Hi there. She is a very pretty doll. I take my dolls out alot to thrift stores the mall and on the bus. I love it. Never had a rude experience. Ppl will say I have beautiful babies and I will tell them they are dolls. I get really good interactions with ppl . ❤
I understand. I have a lot of social anxiety. My doc knows I have a reborn for comfort. (I didn't tell him how many reborn I have. He told me not to take her out in public, because some people do not understand.
I find it very unusual how reborn babies are able to kind fix the things wrong with us or me. It is hard to explain, but it has a power the soothe at least me and keep myself evenly keeled.
Hi Mandy! Thank you for sharing both sides of this experience. I'm glad that it was overall positive, but I totally get how it would be anxiety inducing! I've found a baby sling to be a little less likely to draw attention, and also just think it deserves to be said that it's totally okay if outings aren't your thing. I only very occasionally take a baby out, and usually with some other reason, although I definitely feel safer in a group or with another person.
hi you can try doing what my wife does with our Reborn babies , we put a pair of baby sunglasses and a bonnet on and no one can tell we just say no touching they are sleeping. As my wife say's adults have sunglasses to protect there eye's so its what we do and the panic goes away as no one can tell and you still have your supportive Reborn to help still. just a suggestion.
What a beautiful outfit. My Isabelle is very sweet. I love the Tobiah sculpt. People are so very rude. I take my dolls out very often & have had great reactions and so much interest. A couple rude questions but whatever. I am not going to let them get under my skin. Life is short & kindness is a beautiful gift to give eachother. Have a truly blessed week. 💖🌟

As fun as a meetup would be, I doubt if I could ever muster up the courage to go to one. I have taken dolls out occasionally when I’ve been with my granddaughters and any reaction has always been positive. But I’ll just keep enjoying meetups vicariously.😊

I think this is why I havent ever taken a baby out yet, honestly Im too sensitive and I think any negative reactions would make me cry and ruin my day lol. Plus I still have a toddler I drag around with me everywhere so it would be hard to juggle her and a dolly hahaha Those guys SUCK
