Learn how to use the RFID module with Arduino. Read the unique ID and then control the door lock. Also, using a master card, you can add new users that could then open the door. Download the STL files and print the case and make your own door lock.

i have tried this out the step1 i am able to note the details of my rfid tags but when i connect the lcd and upload the finalcode nothing happens lac is blank just the backlit is on rest blank i have checked the connections twice they look good pls help

Thanks for explaining how the access card functions. I've used cards like this for many years but really didn't know for sure how the card interacted with the reader.
RFID uses Load Modulation. It does not send back any signal. That fet is used to short the reciever antenna and that way make a bigger load on the transmitter circuit, which will result in voltage drop on the transmitter side. At least it works like so in 125 kHz tags. Are you sure, that it works as you described in the video in 13 MHz tags?
And the smaller cap is used to tune the resonance freq of the circuit.

Help me please, this project works good except the servo. The servo is triggering automatically during operation. It moves randomly. How to solve this please help

I made a similar thing but I've wanted to open it using Blynk app as well. When i combine both sketches, the RFID detection goes off. Do you know how to use RFID with Blynk? Any sketch would be helpful.

Rather than a pushbutton to close the lock, it would be better to have a switch detect when the door is closed and activate the lock. Makes it automatic.

Hey love your videos. I bought the i3 mega because of your video on it. It really is a great printer. But let me say that I can get a lot better results than you did on this video. I think that your printer needs a setup. Maybe the noozle is set to high. That happened to me. It may be just me but my prints are a lot smoother and since we have the same printer I was wondering about that. Check that out. Anyways, keep this great videos. They are awesome. Please make an improved version in which the circuit and the servo are inside cause this is not that practical or make an aluminum cover 😉 (it will be very easy for someone just to break the 3d printed casing and allowing the manipulation of the back buttons)

Actually the carrier is 13.56 MHz - it matters. I'm surprised to see that this fancy scope won't show it precisely. My "cheap" Rigol-scope will correctly identify the 13.56 MHz carrier.
