Why did you add the deployment stage to existing pipeline ? I watched previous video also but that consists of java so we are using maven in the build stage of the pipeline , now we are using node js then why we are using maven ?

i think you can remove the build maven from the pipeline stage, it has nothing to do with nodejs as maven is used to build jar. file for java applications but the deployment stage added to the pipeline can work for both projects separately. these are my assumptions. cheers

This is not from scratch like setting up Jenkins and Kubernetes installation on local PC I tried several time I am successful on Jenkins but not on Kubernetes

did you try to install the kubernetes(aws-eks) using eksctl and its better installed within aws infrsatructure(ec2 instance) rather than on local. cheers
